• Skagway - Enjoy a tour of downtown Skagway either before or after venturing into Canada to explore British Columbia and the Yukon. Drop-off in downtown is available after the tour if desired.
• Pitchfork Falls - Pitchfork Falls is a stunning 2,000-foot waterfall cascading into the Skagway River, visible from the Klondike Highway between Skagway, Alaska, and the British Columbia border. The falls flow beneath a railroad bridge of the White Pass and Yukon Railway.
• Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park Visitor Center - Visit various historic buildings and scenic spots of the Klondike Gold Rush, including the White Pass and locations along the Klondike Highway en route to Canada (British Columbia and The Yukon).
• Welcome to Yukon Sign - While some group members participate in the dog sled mushing expedition, visit the Welcome to the Yukon sign just up the Klondike Highway. This is a delightful photo stop where First Nations tribe members offer authentic goods for sale.
• Emerald Lake - Discover this uniquely colored lake located 10 minutes north of Carcross Village.
• Carcross Desert - This additional stop may be included depending on timing and weather. Hidden along the Klondike Highway, this unique inland desert features sand dunes formed by receding glaciers thousands of years ago, creating the world’s smallest inland desert!
• Winters at Wild Adventure Yukon - Enjoy a lunch stop featuring a BBQ chicken meal (vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options available upon request) at the Yukon Wildlife Museum and petting zoo. There’s something for everyone!
