H / A (Hotel to Airport): The driver will be in the hotel lobby with a sign displaying your name. For international flights, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 hours. Ensure the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address are provided.

• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time.
• Porter services are not included.
• In case of flight delays, check flight information in advance and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.
• If you cannot locate the driver, please call the contact number on the voucher.
• To change pick-up location details, update the reservation promptly.
• Unless otherwise noted, one medium-sized bag per person is allowed. Luggage should be manageable by the customer. If your luggage exceeds the car’s capacity, you will need to hire a taxi for additional luggage transport.
