Arrival, Airport Pickup to Your Accommodation

Kilimanjaro International Airport - Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, guests are greeted and transported to their accommodation. Depending on the arrival time, the safari manager and guide will be present to provide a briefing on the daily itinerary for the tour.

For late arrivals, the briefing will be conducted early the next morning before the safari begins.

Lake Manyara National Park Wildlife Game Drives

Lake Manyara - The adventure into the wilderness begins after breakfast with a 2-hour drive to the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. The driver will handle the formalities, and then the adventure begins. Visitors can expect to see numerous elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, waterbucks, warthogs, the elusive Kik’s dik-dik, and Klipspringers along the escarpment. Leopards inhabit the broken forests and escarpment, while healthy lions are known for their tree-climbing antics. The adventure continues until late evening, followed by a return to the lodge for a refreshing hot shower and dinner before retiring for the night.

Serengeti National Park Wildlife Game Drives

Serengeti National Park - The day starts with a 6 am wake-up call, followed by breakfast and departure towards Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands, the journey descends into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its vast plains stretching as far as the eye can see. The destination is the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats, featuring the Seronera River, which attracts a diverse range of wildlife. Guests arrive in time for lunch and then enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

Serengeti National Park Wildlife Game Drives

Serengeti National Park - Another day in this magnificent, award-winning park focuses on the central area, which is teeming with wildlife year-round. A full-day game drive is enjoyed with a picnic lunch, and in the evening, guests return to their accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Game Drives

Ngorongoro Crater - An early departure from the lodge is necessary to avoid the crowds at this highly visited African attraction, the world’s largest inactive, unbroken, and unfilled volcanic caldera. The drive takes guests along the crater rim and down the descent road, approximately 600 meters below. The Crater’s resident wildlife includes some of the last remaining black rhinos in Africa, as well as buffalos, lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. Several hours are spent observing wildlife on the Crater floor before heading to the accommodation.

Tarangire National Park Wildlife Game Drives

Tarangire National Park - After breakfast, the journey continues to Tarangire National Park for a half-day game drive before returning to Arusha, concluding the African safari adventure.

Departure: Airport Transfer

Kilimanjaro Region - Guests are transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for their departure flight.
