The Haus Restaurant - This is where you will enjoy your meal prior to the tour. Occasionally there is live entertainment on Thursday, Friday or Saturday but this is not assured. This is the only place where you will have toilet facilities so please make use of them if needed before the tour component of your experience.

There are several murals inside the facility and an original painting of the very famous Australian landscape artist, Sir Hans Heysen is able to be viewed along with some of his other artwods. - St Paul’s Lutheran Church - This is the location where you will hear the story of the immigration of old Lutherans and their flee from their Prussian King. A story of courage, determination and strong faith.

Mount Barker Road - Learn about germanic architecture, what materials were used, construction, changes in style etc at 2 or 3 locations depending on availability.
Pioneer Womens Walk history
This is not a ghost tour but there will be visits using electronic means by three special local historic characters during the tour.

The Haus Restaurant
Main Street
Easy to find location in the 38A Mount Barker Road (main street) of Hahndorf. Signage is clear. On the left hand side if you are travelling from Adelaide across the road and only 2mins from the Hahndorf Inn on right hand side which has large green and blue umbrellas out the front.

Great walking tour - Really enjoyed the after dark walking tour. The meal at the Haus was good and Sharon and Shirley met us there to start the tour.
It was very interesting, Sharon and Shirley were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of Hahndorf and answered all our questions. All the sites visited were varied and we both enjoyed the evening. Highly recommend.

Night time peaceful Tour - We really enjoyed the Hahndorf night walk. Our guide Carol was very informative with the Hahndorf history and stories. Was able to answer many questions We chose the night tour as you can take photos without other tourists in them, also quite so you can hear the stories.

Billiant experience - My wife and I completed the "After Dark" walk last Sunday just before the storm came.
Sharon, our guide was fantastic and the tour was more than brilliant.
The information Sharon shared was super great and the technology she used was brilliant. Sharon is a wealth on knowledge and made the experience extemely good.
We highly recommend this walk and our guide Sharon.
The pre-meal at the Haus was excelant as well.
Well done Sharon.
