Paddle through sea caves, interact with the local marine life and discover the thrill of kayak sailing with the wind on your back. The tour offers great photo opportunities and is topped off with cappuccinos, hot chocolates and cookies at Cathedral Cove!

Hahei Beach Road
The meeting point is at the kayaks on Hahei Beach. Drive to the end of Hahei Beach Road and park where you can. Walk onto the beach and the kayaks are to your right. Please arrive on the beach 15 minutes before the starting time of the trip.

Fabulous - 10/10 all round- Jarrod is very professional and the scenery speaks for itself-3 hours is enough time to experience Hahei/ Mercury Bay Cathedral Cove cool and so is going through the rocks and wee tunnel.

Kayak trip - In the kids words..."amazing kayaking trip, superb customer service and loved the hot chocolate on the beach" The team went out of their way to look after us today...genuinely appreciated it. Would highly recommend!

Customer orientation at its best! - Astonishing tour! Great organization, easy communication via WhatsApp, paddling made for everyone, relaxing stop at cathedral cove with tea and cookies, lot of information on Cook, Tasman, Māori, marine reserve park from the guide, we saw stingrays just beneath our Kajak. Great day! Lovely experience! Do it if you have the chance to do so! Thank you Mike and team also for the extra transfer service! Great day!

Family activity - It was great, with two kids aged 8 and 9. Possible activity for a single parent, which is not everywhere. The coffee was delicious!

Highlight of our North Island trip - This was an excellent activity - a real memorable highlight of our 3 week trip around NZ. The kayaks were stable and easy to manoeuvre and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Amazing scenery, knowledgeable and friendly guides - 10/10 - Even though the ocean swells didn't allow us to go to Cathedral Cove, the guides took us to caves and showed us some great historical and beautiful places that we'd never have seen otherwise. We loved it!

Perfect sunrise paddle! - Georgia was a great guide. Beautiful scenery, amazing views. Espresso on the beach. One of the best days of my trip! Interesting local narrative to go with the views. I had only kayaked a couple times previously, so no real experience is needed.
