Yamagami Station (Chairlift) - Descent by Chairlift

During busy periods, the descent may be on foot and take about 30 to 40 minutes.
In case of rain, it will be changed to a cable car. -

This adventure allows you to connect with the railway, the mountain, the temple, and a tattoo-friendly spa, engaging both your mind and body.
Starting from Shinjuku, enjoy a peaceful ride to Mt. Takao in the Chuo Line Green Car, which offers premium seating. Upon arrival, embark on a hike to the summit, which takes approximately 1.5 hours. On clear days, you might even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji.
Savor mountain cuisine, take a moment to refresh your mind at Yakuo-in Temple, and descend via a picturesque chairlift.
Conclude your day by unwinding at a tattoo-friendly spa. You can also indulge in local craft beer brewed on-site and enjoy a meal. The return journey is also in the Green Car, allowing for a relaxed trip back.
