Hang Luon Cave - Many tourists describe Luon Cave as a gateway to a wonderland of water and limestone mountains in Halong Bay. Passing through Luon Cave, visitors leave behind their fatigue and exhaustion, finding a connection with nature.
Luon Cave is a tunnel 100 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 3 meters high. Although not large compared to other caves in Halong Bay, Luon Cave is unique and holds many mysteries. Located at the base of an imposing mountain, visitors must pass under the mountain by boat to reach the other side of the island, hence the name “Luon Cave.”
Luon Cave’s arch-shaped entrance leads to a tranquil lake about 1 square kilometer in size. Surrounded by high mountains, the lake is shielded from ocean waves and winds, with a relatively calm water surface.
Dark & Light Cave - Situated at the edge of Halong Bay, Dark & Light Cave is located in Lan Ha Bay. Lan Ha Bay is a few kilometers from the more frequently visited caves and closer to Cat Ba National Park, requiring an hour or two to reach from other caves. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a stunning combination of white limestone karsts, emerald green waters, and the mysterious allure of the caves, creating a captivating atmosphere.
The cave is named Dark & Light Cave because it consists of two separate caves. Dark Cave is 100 meters long with minimal natural or artificial light, requiring a flashlight inside. Light Cave, in contrast, is shorter and filled with natural light streaming through gaps and holes in the rock, resembling a church carved by Mother Nature. Light Cave is always accessible, while Dark Cave is sometimes submerged by the tide.

07:10: Light breakfast with coffee, tea, and pastries is served on board.

09:00: Upon returning to the boat, guests have time to freshen up and finish packing. When checking out, guests should remove all belongings from the cabins, leaving heavy luggage outside.
09:40: Brunch is served.
After brunch, guests can relax on the sundeck or in the dining room, enjoying the bay scenery as the cruise approaches the pier.
10:45: Disembarkation at Halong International Harbour.
Lan Ha Bay - 07:30: Breakfast is served, and guests can enjoy the sunrise on the bay.
Option 1: Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets (1 hour) by local rowing boats, experiencing the wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage site.
Option 2: Kayak and swim at Ao Each area for about an hour to discover more beautiful views. Guests then return to the cruise to pack their luggage, check out of their cabin, and join a cooking class demonstration. Lunch is served while cruising back through Tuan Chau Port. Return to Hanoi, arriving around 2:30-3:00 PM. End of the trip.
Sung Sot Cave - Located on Bo Hon Island, along with another popular Halong cave, Trinh Nu, Sung Sot Cave requires visitors to climb 50 stairs to reach the grotto’s entrance, just 25 meters above the sea. Sung Sot Cave is divided into two chambers: the first chamber, known as the “Waiting Room,” is vast, adorned with stalagmites and stalactites, and illuminated by multicolored lights that enhance the chamber’s structural beauty.
To reach the second chamber, visitors must walk down a narrow passageway. The second chamber, known as the “Serene Castle,” is large and grand with a high ceiling and features many intriguing rock formations that locals liken to animals due to their shapes.
Lan Ha Bay - Lan Ha Bay consists of approximately 300 karst islands and limestone sea rocks, located southeast of Cat Ba Island. As a geological extension of Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay is equally beautiful but less visited and less inhabited, offering the added appeal of a more peaceful environment.
