08:00– 8:30: Our transfer will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and heading to Halong International Port . It will take total 2,5 hours to Halong Bay included 1 stop for short break on the way.

Halong Bay - 12:00- 12.30: Arrive at our waiting lounge at HaLong international cruise port, you will have a bit of time to relax. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat
12.45: Enjoy welcome drink, be briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in your cabin. 13.30: Have lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Bai Tu Long Bay - 15.30: Arrive to Cap La Island - the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Enjoy kayaking through the karsts and breathtaking nature, and relaxing 17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoy Sunset party while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage 19.00: Have dinner in the dining room on board. 20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. Bai Tu Long - Thien Canh Sơn Cave - Halong Cruise Port- Hanoi (B/L)

Bai Tu Long Bay - 06.30: Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Enjoy early morning landscape of the bay.
07.00: Have breakfast on board (tea and coffee are free) 08.00: Explore Thien Canh Son Cave
09.45: Finish packing and check out your cabin. Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin
10.30: Attend in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat 12.00: Back to the harbor and disembark at Ha Long Port.

Thien Canh Son Cave - Thien Canh Son Cave is a small cave located on Hon Co Island, Cong Do area in Bai Tu Long Bay. This cave is comprised of three caverns in total, each one strewn with stalactites and stalagmites.

Halong International Cruise Port - For customers book tour with out transfer will finish tour at Halong Cruise Port.

Old Quarter - For customers book transfer will get on transfer back to Hanoi City then drop off again at Hotel about 15h30 pm to 16h00 pm. Tour End.

Swan Cruises Halong, a customary wooden ship based in Ha Long, is staffed by attentive personnel. Its itinerary covers the untouched Bai Tu Long Bay, which remains relatively unexplored by tourists. The ship’s rooms, complete with bay views, are air-conditioned, boast wooden floors, and are equipped with a closet. A private bathroom, shower, and hairdryer are provided, along with bed linen. On board, guests can indulge in a meal at the ship’s restaurant before relaxing with a drink at the bar. A variety of activities, such as kayaking, sunset tea, and cooking classes, are available for guests.

• Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area only. Internet connectivity is limited due to geography of Ha Long bay.
• Cancellation will ONLY be announced by the Halong Local Port Authority and often at short notice. Therefore, your understanding in these situations will be highly appreciated as these circumstances are entirely not under our control.
• Cruise itinerary might be changed due to weather and other conditions without prior notice.
• The tour organization is subject to favorable weather conditions. If the tour is cancelled due to poor weather (Not allowed from Government) , you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• If the cancellation is informed to guests prior to leaving Hanoi and the guests have not used any service: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Swimming or kayaking activity may not be possible due to bad weather. Unused services are not subjected to a refund.
• If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: e.g. transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc): The remaining amount after subtracting all the actual fee of services used will be refunded.
• Meals on-board are served with seafood, Vietnamese and international Cuisine. Any special request for food preference, allergies or dietary requirements should be informed at least 1 days before the departure date.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration depends on the time of day and traffic conditions.

If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
