Recommended to family with teens! - JadeSails is the perfect day cruise for couples, families, and small groups. From the moment we stepped onboard, the service was outstanding — all the staff were attentive, friendly, and courteous. A few team members stood out: Vinny was full of energy and enthusiasm, while Kevin N, Le, Quyrn, and Otis were all kind, detail-oriented, and welcoming. The ship was spotless, the food was excellent, and the whole experience was thoughtfully organized. We especially enjoyed the activities — canoeing through a cave, kayaking around the island, swimming with long floaters, diving, and relaxing to the sounds of a live band. As an added surprise, Vinny also captured many candid photos of us throughout the day, which made for wonderful memories. My husband, teen son, and I had a truly memorable day. We highly recommend JadeSails for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organized cruise experience.

Fun day trip 10/10 - Vinny, Le Quyen and other staff were amazing and super helpful throughout the day including with our dietary requirements. The day cruise was a perfect blend of relaxing in and kayaking & swimming in the bay - and the staff captured it perfectly with the photos they took of us (which was airdropped to us afterwards for free). Definitely recommend 10/10!

Family day tour - Brilliant day trip. Jenny was our host at meals. She was professional and hospitable. Brings great joy in doing what she loves. Tour was informative, full of variety of activities, including best spring roll competition.m. Overall fantastic day!

Ha Long bat trip with Jadesails - We had a geat time at Jadesails. During the trip we get multiple delicious meals during the the whole day, and also drinks. Our server Lily always checked op on us when we needed something and gave us excellent service. I would definetly recomend Jadesails for a great experiencse with food, activities and comfort.
