Magical! Candlelit Elegant Dining Beneath the Stars - We throughly enjoyed our 3 day 2 night cruise with this top notch company. The entire staff has been trained to give the guests a superb experience. The state rooms are roomy and immaculate including a balcony and a free standing tub with a window to for watching the heavens. The candlelit dinners on the upper deck were intimate elegant, and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's mastery and creativity. Each night the dinner offerings were absolutely delicious. This company has two hosts, Tony, the manager, and Winter, the assistant manager, allowing guests to relax and feel that their needs are met and concerns, addressed. Both Tony and Winter worked tirelessly to make this cruise one of the best ever. I would highly recommend this cruise line to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

Contact and book this tour company is a very good choice - Amazing experience, seamlessly organized from start to finish. Kong took care of every detail, checking in on us along the way, communicating via What’sapp. The crew worked tirelessly on board making sure everyone was well looked after. The scenery was amazing and the food all so delicious. I loved having dinner outside with the sea wind breeze

Elegance cruise very relaxing - Had the best time on this cruise! Super vibey atmosphere — from the music to the views, everything felt straight out of a dream. The rooms were super comfy (slept like a baby!), the food was delicious with great variety, and the staff? So warm, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and just the right kind of fun. Already planning my next one! i will contact Henry Kong who made this tour incredibly wonderful

Nice boat, disappointed with the amount of rubbish - The cruise itself was good. The room was as described, the staff were very polite and the food was lovely. I had an allergy which was taken seriously and I felt comfortable eating. We were on the cruise for 3 days 2 nights, our first day and night was perfect. We were celebrating an occasion and our dinner and room was set up beautifully. However, most guests on the ship were on a 2D1N tour and therefore left the boat the next morning, we did not feel the itinerary for the second day was very clear, we had a lot of confusion about what we were supposed to do while the 2D1N guests got off and we could not find anyone left on board the cruise to ask for assistance. Come dinner time, we did have a table set and felt somewhat forgotten about. Unfortunately the rubbish in and around the bay let down the trip for us, as a UNESCO world heritage site, we did not expect there to be large amounts of rubbish everywhere. We understand that the accumulation of rubbish is from all the cruise ships within the harbour, however, we did not feel much was done to mitigate the pollution from our cruise. We witnessed the staff popping and throwing balloons into the water, which was controversial as the cruise claimed to be ‘sustainable’.

Strong pressure on writing reviews - Important note: This 1-star rating does not reflect the entire experience, the crew, or the stunning beauty of Ha Long / Lan Ha Bay — it’s about the pressure guests are put under to leave reviews (and some minor topics). First things first: The scenery is breathtaking and the boat itself was very comfortable. Most of the crew were kind, attentive, and professional. We would go again as it’s a really good price/value. You would need to pay much more if you wanted a more classy experience and avoid the following: - On the last day, guests are asked repeatedly to write reviews - immediately and with a staff member looking over your shoulder. It feels uncomfortable and takes away from what could otherwise be an authentic experience. - All about the money: Both on the way to and from the bay, the bus stops for about 30 minutes at a place where you’re expected to buy drinks or souvenirs. While the intention behind the stop (supporting hand-embroidered art made by people with disabilities) is meaningful, the prices are extremely high and most tourists end up buying cheap souvenirs instead. It feels more like a commercial arrangement than a genuine cultural stop. - Busy schedule: The 2D1N tour lasts about 20 hours. The schedule feels quite rushed — too many activities crammed in, leaving little time to simply enjoy the surroundings. Some stops could be optional rather than mandatory. - Floating village: This isn’t really a village, but a floating platform used for swimming and kayaking. If you’re not interested in those activities, you should stay on the boat. - The “cooking class” is a short demonstration about the bay and how to make summer rolls. It’s fun for some but not everyone - it would help to frame it as a light activity rather than a highlight. - The fashion demonstration was very weird( especially timing-wise) and you could see that some staff members have not been comfortable doing the demonstration. The boat and facilities were great, the crew (apart from the review pressure) genuinely friendly, and the landscape is absolutely worth seeing. It’s not as luxury as advertised though.
