Ha Long Bay Boutique Cruise - Lovely cozy cruise with limited number of people, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hieu Luu - Tuan Anh and Wintin are great hosts

Room with a view - The boat was beautiful, the staff were really friendly & helpful. I recommend getting a room with deck, if available. Our meals were delicious, and there was plenty, buffet style.

Once in a lifetime experience in Ha Long Bay - A once in a lifetime experience in Ha Long bay was made even better by the wonderful staff and crew of the Hera Classic Boutique Cruise. Special thanks to Dan, who went above and beyond simply being a guide and was always a pleasure to talk to. The food is good and plentiful, drinks are priced a bit higher (expectedly) but the bartender will happily extend the happy hour buy-2-get-1-free discount for the rest of the night. I honestly couldn’t have had a better time, even the bus was comfy enough for the shortish ride, so I don’t see what others complain about. Less than 23 hours in duration but I’ll remember it forever!

Nice trip , Old boat , lovely stuff - A very nice place with an old cruise need innovation, wide and capacious rooms , clean bed , the dinner was great and breakfast was poor including egg , fruits and yogurt only The working stuff were nice , smiling , although most of them do not speak english ( no one knows how to help me or explain to me how to do fishing we had a very long crowded route on 30 April so please try to avoid this date the cruise was supposed to end at 11 am but they ended it at 10 with a long waiting time for the bus that was there at 11:44 The bus was with small and tight chairs and un comfortable

Rewarding experience - We just did a 1N/2D Halong Bay Cruise with Hera Classic Boutique and the experience has been really satisfying, from the welcoming done by cruise manager Dan, to cruise staff, our cabin and food onboard. Special mention to Dan, who made the experience unforgettable with his outstanding personality and professionalism

Great Hospitality, a special shout out to Tony! - Had a lovely experience for first time visit with big Indian group - the tour was organised well, indulged in a lot of activities like exploring Luon cave and Tiptop Island, kayaking, cooking traditional Vietnamese rice cake with the talented chef, and enjoying scenic view from the sun deck. Had a a variety in quality vegetarian food (and specially trailered for Indians). Special thanks to our lovely cruise manager, Tony - he was extremely fun to hang around with and made our stay very memorable. Will definitely recommend Hera Botique Classic Cruise and hope to visit again!

Not bad but there is way better - The boat is a bit run down but the rooms are spacious however I think there is a lot of room for improvement. The bus transfer was very bad and uncomfortable. A drive that would take less than 3 hours takes more because of these tourist traps to stay for 30 minutes and maybe we will buy something . The driver was good but the bus was bad. The rooms are spacious but I was surprised when even before 9 am before checkout time people were knocking in our doors pressuring us to leave the room. The drinks are over priced and in dollars you also have to pay a service charge if you bring your own bottle. Also they kept telling us we can pay by credit or cash and then when you say by credit you are surprised they add a 4% charge that they could have mentioned from the beginning. Finally the second day the toilet on the deck was not clean, the bin was full with dirty toilet paper and there were no clean papers in the toilet. If I ever go to halong again I will want to try a different cruise

Bad Service - The first thing to say was that I honeymooned and the experience has been very negative. No welcome, no decoration, no paltry detail. Dan the manager says. He never received information but from the Enterprise we booked we are taught to the confirmation email and message from the Enterprise saying they would decorate the bedroom and we would have a cocktail. Apart from this they give as a guide in the cave left us all completely alone and did not exercise any guidance. Zero tourist or interesting information has been provided. I made this same trip a year ago with another Enterprise and nothing to see. So avoid this Enterprise. On deck 6 deck chairs and stop counting. Photos far from reality If for anything you still book bring your beer. Or buy at the stops on the boat charge you x 4

Low Budget Cruise - The Hera Boutique Cruise is very low budget level boat. Quite an old boat in need of a renovation. The crew and staff were all not helpful and reckless behavior. Recommend for the VERY LOW BUDGET conscious only.

Great cruise, but shockingly bad treatment by transfer driver - I rated this cruise very low, and I want to be clear: the cruise itself was wonderful. The ship was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The entire crew on board was kind, professional, and attentive throughout the journey. It’s a real shame to have to write this. Unfortunately, the return transfer from the port to our hotel ruined the entire experience. The driver assigned to take us back treated us in an aggressively disrespectful manner, shouting at us without cause. His tone was humiliating and completely uncalled for. Worse yet, instead of taking us to our hotel as arranged, he forced us off the bus 11 kilometers away, leaving us stranded with all our luggage in the middle of nowhere. He simply drove off. This kind of behavior is not just disappointing – it is absolutely unacceptable, and it completely overshadowed what was otherwise a fantastic cruise. No guest should ever be treated like this, especially after such a great onboard experience. I hope the company takes this very seriously and ensures no other customer has to go through this again.
