7:40-8:20 AM: Hotel pick-up in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and transfer to the boat (upon request).
11:30-12:15: Board the vessel and admire the stunning scenery of Halong Bay.
12:45: Savor a delightful Vietnamese meal featuring fresh seafood.
13:45: Explore Surprise Cave, renowned as the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.
14:45: Engage in kayaking to discover the breathtaking areas of Halong Bay, ideal for kayakers, and home to the most beautiful lagoons in the bay.
15:30: Visit Titop Island for swimming or hike to the summit for spectacular panoramic views of Halong Bay.
16:15: Cruise back to the harbor, enjoying the magnificent sunset and landscapes en route.
17:30-18:00: Disembark at Halong Bay harbor and transfer back to Hanoi (upon request).
Around 9:00-9:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Tour concludes!

• Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray… Jackets (in the Winter).
• 7.40-8.20AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations…). If customers don’t stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM or Hanoi Silk Path hotel, 195 Hang Bong street at 7.45AM or Embassy hotel, 166 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.20AM to get on the bus.
• Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
• Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it’s crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
• Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies… are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
• For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
• We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles…
• Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don’t allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle…Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
• If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don’t see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
• Customers don’t stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose “hotel is not listed” just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo…-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
• Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 11.30AM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 11.30AM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
