Arrive at Tuan Chau Port by noon, cruise through the turquoise waters, and admire the rock formations and islets such as Incense, Bunner, and Cock Fighting. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery while savoring a Vietnamese lunch on the cruise. At 13:30, begin exploring with a visit to the famous Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) - the largest and longest cave in Ha Long Bay. Marvel at the shimmering stalactites that form countless unique shapes. Opt for a kayak or bamboo boat to explore the stunning Hang Luon Cave. Bask in the sun’s warmth as you pass by the renowned Ti Top Island. Enjoy a refreshing swim or hike to the summit of Ti Top for panoramic views of the bay. The bus journeys were... - The bus journeys were quite long but we got to see the highlights at Ha Long Bay in a day. Alex is a great guide who gave us useful information and took care of all of us

definitely recommend this tour - Our tour guide Alex Hoang was amazing!! so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. always had good facts about stuff on the tour and good to joke around with. his personality really made me have fun and enjoy the tour a lot more

Epic experience 👏 - Epic experience. Well worth it! Can't skip this when in ha long! The speedboat ride was a lot of fun. The food was great. Service from staff was excellent 💯 recommend

Ho long bay trip was... - Ho long bay trip was fantastic, however there is room for improvement.
1. The food was satisfactory, there should be be a choice of meal, and if not wanted it should be reflected in the price. I saw how much went to waste
2 . The cocktail offer came at the wrong time, as soon as my drink arrived it was time to get off the boat.
Beside these factors I thoroughly enjoyed the trip- speed boating was fun. (Also there should be a option to pay for this when booking the excursion upfront)
3. Provide an option where you only do the Ha Long Bay cruise, the other elements adds to the day - more time spent on cruise could be better .

Ha long bay - Hoang was awesome! If you go to Ha long bay you should book with Hoang! He’s got jokes for days! Ha long bay was super memorable. He will show you a good time

This is an excellent... - This is an excellent experience that everyone should partake in. This tour company will take you to all of the major stops in one day, which is great if you have a tight schedule. The tour guide was very informative and helpful! Highly recommend booking this excursion.

A great day - Very nice day at Halong Bay, our guide Alex was very kind and attentive. He supervises his group very well and the organization is very fluid. We took the speed boat option which adds a real plus to the cruise.

Surprise Cave was amazing - The trip was scenic and interesting with the unique geography. We liked that our boat was relatively small, compared to massive boats we saw all day with 100s of tourists. They served a nice meal right away as we headed out to the bay. We wish some of the dishes in sauces had serving spoons, though; it got kind of messy. I was hoping for more educational messages about the area, but the guide did not offer much. We stopped three times at “commercial “ spots with seemingly 100s of other tour boats, so it was very crowded. At one, we got to kayak for 20 minutes in a beautiful cove reached by paddling through a tunnel. The place was quite crowded not only with the kayaks, but larger boats holding about 12 people and rowed by the operators. You also could take a speed boat out around the larger area for a fee, but I don’t think any of the people on our boat elected to do that. The final stop was the Surprise Cave, and it was amazing. Again, seemingly 100s of tour boats were there, so it was extremely crowded, but once you (slowly) entered the cave after climbing many stairs, it was incredible to walk through on a guided path. Getting on and off our boat onto the island involved steep, slippery steps, so you need to be sure-footed. The operator guys helped us older folks. On the cruise back, they served tea and cake, and our guide played his flute, which was cool. The only bad thing for us was some communication asking about pick-up. We chose this tour because it said “Halong Port Pick-up”. It turns out that they should not use the word “pick-up” because there was no pick-up involved. You had to find your own way to the marina where the tour began. When we saw Halong Port Pick-up, we assumed it was our cruise ship port where they would pick us up. Well, it took numerous emails and WhatsApp messages over many days trying to clear up this misunderstanding. The reality was, it was Tien Chau Port Start , and you get there yourself.

you kind of have to do it but it kind of sucks - the guides themselves were absolutely lovely and there’s nothing they could have done differently. however, the tour itself was poorly organized (i got moved guides and busses a few times). ha long bay itself was sadly heaving with tourists and boats (including myself!) queuing for viewpoints and photos which takes away from the atmosphere. the boat i was on for some bewildering reason blared 00s dubstep remixes of pop songs at a volume that would wake the dead while we sailed through the most serene scenery, killing the moment.
