Old Quarter - 1-For Guests Booking Tours from Hanoi:
8:30 – 8:45 AM: Guests will be picked up from hotels or accommodations within the Old Quarter Area or from the Authentic Hanoi Travel Office if outside. The journey to Halong Bay takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours via expressway.
2-For Guests Booking Tours from Ha Long:
Please arrive at Block 24 in Tuan Chau Marina for cruise boarding by 11:30 AM (no later). Important Note: If you arrive after the cruise departs, you will need to arrange and pay for a speedboat to the cruise.

Halong Bay - 11:30-11:45 AM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, check-in, and complete stay registration.
12:15 PM approx: Transfer to the cruise by speedboat.
12:45 PM approx: Check-in on the cruise.
1:00 PM approx: Enjoy lunch.
2:00 PM approx: Receive cabin key and check-in.

Lan Ha Bay - 3:00 – 5:30 PM approx: Gather at the reception area for kayaking activities.
4:00 – 6:00 PM approx: Take photos with the cruise by drone at the Sundeck area (weather permitting).
5:30 PM approx: Sunset party.
6:00 PM approx: Cooking demonstration.
6:00 – 7:00 PM: Join the Happy Hour.
7:00 PM: Enjoy dinner.
Overnight on the cruise in Halong Bay by night.

Lan Ha Bay Full Day Explore & Viet Hai Village - Overnight Cruise (B/L/D)

Lan Ha Bay - 5:45 – 6:15 AM: Enjoy the sunrise and join a golf class at the golf course.
6:15 – 6:35 AM: Morning exercise session: Tai Chi at the golf course.
6:45 – 7:30 AM: Enjoy breakfast in the restaurant.
7:30 – 9:45 AM: Free time to relax on the cruise.
9:45 AM: Enjoy the buffet in our restaurant.
12:30 - 4:30 PM: Visit the Viet Hai floating village by electric car or bicycle. Then, experience bathing and relaxing at the natural beach of the Ba Trai Dao area in Lan Ha Bay.
4:30 – 6:00 PM: Return to the Elite of the Seas and relax on the cruise.
6:00 – 7:00 PM: Cooking demonstration at the swimming pool area. Join the Happy Hour program and enjoy the sunset at the Sky Bar area.
7:00 PM: Enjoy dinner.
8:30 PM: Join the fishing session at the aft of our cruise or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.

Viet Hai Village - Viet Hai Village is a small, remote village located in the heart of Cat Ba National Park, accessible only by boat or trekking. It offers a unique glimpse into traditional rural life in Vietnam, with homes made of bamboo and thatched roofs, surrounded by lush greenery and mountains.

Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay - Tuan Chau Port - Hanoi (B/L)

Lan Ha Bay - 5:45 – 6:15 AM approx: Enjoy the sunrise and join a golf class.
6:15 – 6:35 AM approx: Tai Chi exercise.
6:45 – 7:30 AM approx: Enjoy breakfast.
7:45 – 8:45 AM approx: Gather at the reception area to visit Dark and Bright Cave by local rowing boat.
9:30 – 9:45 AM approx: Pack up luggage and place it in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter.

Halong Bay - 9:45 AM approx: Enjoy the buffet in our restaurant.
10:45 AM approx: Settle payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.).
11:10 AM approx: Return to the mainland by speedboat.
11:45 AM approx: Return to harbor.

Tuan Chau Island - After returning to Tuan Chau Port, guests who booked tours from Ha Long will conclude their journey at the port.

Old Quarter - Guests who booked tours from Hanoi will board a Limousine Van back to Hanoi. The driver will drop them off at the same hotels/accommodations or any location in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM.
