Well planned and fun experience with amazing drivers, views and lots of memories - Our Ha Giang loop experience with Lila Inn was great! From staying the first night free at the hostel to arriving and being able to shower before traveling further - everything was well planned out and went smoothly. The Lila staff supported us amazingly throughout the whole time and the communication was great! We had minor problems because we missed our first pick up bus and they did their best to support us and in the end everything worked out! My easy rider Hoa was a delight and eventhough we had a language barrier we did have a great time together and I always felt safe on the road with her! The first day our weather wasn’t the best but we still enjoyed all stops and then we were super lucky to see the sun! The tour is well thought out and we had fun and nice views almost everywhere. All Homestays were clean and we felt comfortable. Vegan options for food were accommodated quite while - though the breakfast options could ve a little more versatile. One other thing that could be improved is the speed which we had going through local villages (compared to others our group had a more slow speed - just for a village slower might be better) or maybe a different route, since I felt like the local people might be disturbed by the ton of motorbikes also in regards of safety of course. All in all I recommend to definitely do the Loop with Lila Tours if a more chill and relaxed vibe is what you are looking for! We had an amazing time! Thank you

Will come back for sure - February may not have the best weather but it was a great experience nonetheless. My sister and I did the 4d/3n loop with two other couples. We’re almost just as excited about our homestays at the end of each day. They provided us with great food, hot showers and warm beds after being on a motorcycle 8hrs a day. Our drivers did the best they could given the undesirable weather we had. They made sure of our safety and our 2 lady drivers gave motherly care (which was a nice gesture).

Wonderful loop experience - Really wonderful experience from start to finish! Our drivers were lovely and so determined to give us the most comfortable and enjoyable experience and the hostel staff/organisers were super communicative. Homestays were all excellent and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Vietnam (you will be full 100% of the trip).

Best experience of our lives – book with Lila Inn! - My best friend and I just finished the Ha Giang Loop with Lila Inn, and honestly… it was the best experience of our lives. From the very beginning, we knew we’d made the right choice. We were specifically looking for a small group experience that was still fun, social, and well organised—and that is exactly what we got. Our group was just myself, my best friend, another couple, and our incredible easy drivers. It felt personal, relaxed, and so special. I truly cannot imagine booking with any other company. Lila Inn made us feel completely safe on the roads at all times. Every driver was extremely attentive, professional, and clearly very experienced. My driver, Si, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe—checking my helmet, riding smoothly, and even making sure I was well fed at every meal. The level of care was incredible. At every stop—whether for breaks or photos—we never felt rushed. The team consistently chose locations with the most beautiful views, often away from big crowds, which made the experience feel even more intimate and authentic. The accommodations each night were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Every evening, our group leader Chinh personally came to our rooms to check that everything met our standards and that everything was working properly. That kind of attention to detail really shows how much they care about their guests. I could not recommend Lila Inn more, especially if you want to support a small, local business while having the most unforgettable Ha Giang Loop experience possible. You’ll get a safer, more personal, and more meaningful trip—and you’ll be helping an amazing local team grow. If I could give Lila Inn more stars, I would. We will absolutely be back to do another trip with them, and we cannot wait. Thank you so much to Lila Inn and our incredible group—we loved every second!

Amazing tour and brilliant guides I fully recommend - Nga and Ngan are brilliant people and amazing guides that made our tour so enjoyable. Nhu was great in organising the tour and was very accommodating which made us feel confident and welcome. We felt very safe on the bikes and any questions we had were answered. The food provided on the tour was delicious. There are constant stop offs which meant that we could take it all in. I fully recommend this company to anyone wishing to do the Ha Giang Loop

AMAZING! - We went on a 3-day, 2-night trip with Lila inn and it was absolutely amazing!! We paid the original price and then found out that it was only the three of us girls who had booked the trip — so it ended up being just us and our three drivers!!! So cool to basically have a “private tour.” They were super flexible and customized the trip exactly to what we wanted! Our drivers were the sweetest and funniest, full of great energy, and genuinely wanted to show us everything and give us the best possible experience. It was cold in January, but we wouldn’t have missed this trip for anything — and that’s because of them! They had a strong focus on safety and drove very responsibly — we felt safe the entire way. They brought extra blankets and duvets for the evenings, lent us their gloves, and served us tea both in the evening and in the morning! The service was top-notch, and we could text or call the hostel anytime if we needed anything at all. A thousand thanks! 🙏💛

Lila Inn was the best - We had the most amazing trip, even though the weather was a bit chilly! We had 3 days and 2 nights. The overnight stays were at two homestays, where we had chosen private rooms. The rooms were really lovely and came with their own bathrooms. It’s definitely recommended if you’re traveling as a small group (we were 3). One of us wasn’t feeling well before the trip started, and both the staff at Lila Inn and our drivers were incredibly kind and helpful. All in all, it was a truly exceptional trip, and Lila really lived up to all the expectations we had for Ha Giang

Fantastic experience - We were 3 girls and had a fantastic experience. Easy drivers were cute and ran really nicely. We were one in the group who before the trip was hit by stomach pain and the whole team was so thoughtful and made ginger tea for us. A clear recommendation from here

best time of my life - Wow… I don’t even know where to begin or how to express how incredible our experience with Lila Inn was. My best friend Sidney and I booked with them because we wanted to do the Ha Giang Loop with a smaller group, and it turned out to be the best travel experience of our lives. We did the 4-day, 3-night loop with just one other couple, so it was an intimate group of four plus our amazing easy riders. I couldn’t imagine booking with another company, Lila Inn made everything feel personal, safe, and unforgettable. From the very beginning, it was clear that safety was a top priority. Our riders were skilled, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable on the roads. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at every stop. We never felt rushed, and they always checked in to see how we were doing. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully chosen, and the homestays were cozy, clean, and far better than we expected. beyond being professional, the riders were so much fun! We laughed, shared stories, and felt like we were traveling with friends rather than guides.
