7:30pm: Dinner in Dong Van town, followed by a leisurely walk around the ancient town.

Ma Pi Leng Pass - Dong Van - Ma Pi Leng Pass - Du Gia village (90km)

8:30am: Breakfast in town with mountain views (visit the largest local market in Dong Van if it’s Sunday).

9:00am: Head towards the stunning Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam’s four most beautiful passes.

10:30am: Short hike on the Sky Pass for 1.5 hours, offering views of the Chinese mountains.

12:00pm: Stop at the top of Ma Pi Leng Pass to see Nho Que River and Tu San Canyon, the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia.

1:15pm: Lunch break in Meo Vac town.

2:30pm - 5:00pm: Continue to Du Gia village, stopping at Sa Li Pass to view the Dao village and rice terraces from above.

5:00pm: Arrive at the village, check in at a Tay people’s homestay, enjoy a family dinner, and relax with some happy water.
