Great experience with Dinh and Mua - Our easyriders were Dinh and Mua, and they were so sweet to us! They new all the good local spots and made the trip an amazing experience! We felt very safe :) Would absolutely recommend!

Bon is a very experienced... - Bon is a very experienced guide and driver. His command of English is excellent. He is highly estimated among his colleagues. We learned so many interesting things about the area and Vietnam from him. And he was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and flexible and knew exactly where to stop to get the best pictures. We would recommend this tour, and the tour operator, Opi Adventure, Co. Ltd.

The trip of a lifetime - I honestly can’t wait to share my experience with this trip because it was unforgettable. First of all, I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with this entire journey. A huge thank you to Opi Adventure Ha Giang Road Trip for making it so special. This was my first time doing a road trip alone, so I booked the 3 day package. I originally assumed I would be grouped with other travelers, but because I was the only person on the 3 day plan, I was assigned a separate guide. I’ll admit, I was disappointed at first. My intention for joining this adventure was not just the scenery but also meeting new people and sharing the experience. After I shared that, the team stepped in immediately and rearranged my schedule so I could join the 4 day group. I was genuinely impressed by how fast and thoughtfully they handled my request. That moment already set the tone for the trip. From that point, everything just became incredible. I was fortunate to have Chiu Chiu as my guide. Before I started, the company told me he was one of their best photographers, and they were absolutely right. I didn’t even need my tripod once. A part of me wished I could keep him as my personal photographer because he captured everything so beautifully. Beyond that, he was kind, patient, and attentive. He shared stories and historical facts about each location, and I learned so much about the Ha Giang Loop thanks to him. If there is one thing I hope they improve, it would be having a detailed daily itinerary that we can read in advance. Knowing the daily schedule and having some context about the places we visit would make the experience even richer, especially since not all guides speak English. A printed copy or even a digital version would be very helpful. Throughout the trip I had conversations with other travelers, and we all agreed on one thing. All the guides were amazing. They took care of us and of each other, and we truly felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. I don’t want to spoil too much because this is the type of adventure you should experience yourself at least once. I will absolutely return in the future, and I would love to go with Chiu Chiu again.

Great experience! - Opi drove us around for three days in a comfortable car thru the breathtaking landscape and villages. He knows all about the area since he grew up there, he is an experienced driver en guide, relaxed and always a smile on his face. The meals and overnight stays were what we were looking for, he has a good sense for what the client prefers. We had interesting talks about his and our culture and country. The way to do the loop - The Ha Giang Loop is a bucket list experience but not everyone wants to be on the back of a motorcycle. We went by car with Opi Adventures and loved every minute of it. As advertised our driver and guide spoke excellent English and helped us understand the local cultural dynamics as well as the amazing scenery. The vehicle was comfortable and we could choose our own music which was nice. Every stop was wonderful including the food stops! We loved the food and the amazing tea and coffee served all around the loop. The hotel on night one was very good as was the homestay on night two (a wonderful family experience we will treasure for life). We had private rooms. From hotel collection to drop off (our driver waited for us to check in then took us to the best restaurant bar in town via an ATM, which was not expected but much appreciated) we had the best time. Highly recommended, highly professional, friendly, fun and kind company.

Spectacular scenery and excellent, local driver/guide - We did a 4 day/3 night Ha Giang loop trip by car in early September. Our driver/guide was Bon who we'd recommend without hesitation as an excellent driver and guide. We always felt safe and remarkably, no one had travel sickness despite the winding, mountain roads. The scenery was absolutely spectacular and stopping at places where we could see local people working (weaving hemp, harvesting rice and drying green tea) really added to the experience. Early September worked out really well because the rice fields were bright green (or golden) and it was interesting to see the rice being harvested. We had 2 nights in our own private room in homestay accommodation, which was fun and each time the host and hostess were lovely. One night was in an hotel. Opi travel organised transport to and from Hanoi which made it very easy. We had the option of going by a big bus with fully reclined seats or mini bus. We took the big bus one way and it was comfortable and very clean. Prior to going on the trip Opi Travel patiently answered my many questions by email.

HIghly recommended - I couldn't recommend Opi and the team at Ha Giang Road trip enough. It's well worth spending slightly more than with cheaper companies,as the guides are highly qualified, prioritize safety, and cater to all abilities. From start to finish, they were informative, frequently stopping to explain the next section, share the road's history, and took photos of us with the beautiful scenery. We felt like we were in really good. hands, especially with their thoughtful progression from road to gravel to build confidence. We also really enjoyed the t-shirt and felt well-fed with a buffet lunch, plenty of snacks, and water throughout the trip.

Fantastic 4-day tour - We drove fantastic 4 days through the beautiful landscape of North Vietnam. There were beautiful views and the drivers drove very safely. I would definitely recommend it to try! Also nice that there was various food for everyone.
