• Xianggong Mountain - At 4:30 am, the driver/guide will greet guests in the Yangshuo hotel lobby (pick-up at 4:00 am from Guilin hotel) and transport them to Xianggong Hill, which is a 50-minute drive from Yangshuo hotel (1.5 hours from Guilin hotel).

Xianggong Mountain is situated on the west bank of the Lijiang River, nestled between Huangbu Shoal and Nine-Horse Mural Hill. Climbing the mountain offers a breathtaking bird’s eye view of the Lijiang River meandering through numerous peaks. Each year, many photographers are drawn to Xianggong Mountain by the interplay of light and shadow, the sea of clouds, and the stunning morning glow at sunrise. A photographer from Guilin captured an award-winning image here, earning a bronze medal at the 10th International Photography Exhibition. Participants will have the chance to capture the stunning scenery themselves while enjoying the sunrise on this half-day small group tour!

• Yulong River - Following this, guests will proceed to the Yulong River for a bamboo boat ride, which requires a 30-minute drive from Xianggong Hill. The bamboo boat ride lasts for 90 minutes, with two people per boat.

The Yulong River, often referred to as ‘the Little Li River’, is a tributary of the Li River, originating in Northern Yangshuo County. With its dramatic karst landscape, smooth waters, and ancient bridges, the river is an ideal location for bamboo rafting.

• Guilin - Finally, the English-speaking driver will provide a comfortable transfer back to the guests’ Guilin/Yangshuo hotel. This memorable half-day trip concludes here.
