• Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan) - The private driver and personal guide will pick up the operator at the Guilin hotel at 8:30 am. The journey from Guilin to Ping’an village takes approximately two hours.

The first destination is the Reed Flute Cave, renowned as “the art palace of nature,” where visitors can admire stunning stalactites, stalagmites, stone pillars, and stone flowers in various shapes, all illuminated by colorful lights.

• Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces - Next, the tour proceeds to ‘Long Hair Village’, Huangluo, where Yao women grow their hair to impressive lengths, some reaching up to 6.6 feet (2 meters)! Discover the Yao lifestyle here before traveling to Ping’an Village, nestled among the breathtaking rice terraces of Longji. This village still features traditional wooden houses, where Zhuang and Yao minorities have cultivated their fields for centuries. (Entrance fees, approximately 100 RMB, are not included.)
