Yangshuo County - The driver/guide will greet guests at their Yangshuo hotel at 9:00 am and then transport them to the Yangshuo Yulong River for the Yulong bamboo boat experience.

Yulong River - The Yulong River is a 30-minute drive from Yangshuo. The bamboo boat ride lasts for 60 minutes, accommodating two people per boat. Known as ‘the Little Li River,’ the Yulong River is a tributary of the Li River, originating in Northern Yangshuo County. With its stunning karst landscape, smooth waters, and historic bridges, the river is an ideal spot for bamboo rafting.

Xianggong Mountain - Following the Yulong River bamboo boat ride, guests will be transferred to Xianggong Hill, a 40-minute drive away. Xianggong Hill is renowned as the most beautiful mountain along the Li River. A 15-minute walk up 400 steps leads to a breathtaking bird’s-eye view of the entire Li River.

West Street - Afterward, guests will take a private car to West Street, where they can enjoy lunch and a leisurely stroll through downtown Yangshuo, including a visit to the famous West Street. This area is well-known in Yangshuo, featuring hundreds of shops offering a wide variety of local crafts, antiques, and souvenirs, making it a shopper’s paradise. Alternatively, visitors can wander through the many alleyways or along the river, observing the lively atmosphere.

Impression Sanjie Liu - The guide will meet guests at 6:30 pm in the Yangshuo West Street area to head to the show. The light show lasts for 70 minutes (7:30 pm to 8:40 pm), and guests will return to the Guilin hotel around 10:30 pm (9:00 pm to 10:30 pm). Here is some information about the show: The Impression Liu Sanjie show is a highlight of Yangshuo. It is a unique night show unlike any other, featuring a virtual scenery performance. The show stands out due to its water and hill scenery theater, using the Li River as the stage and 12 hills as the backdrop. With the vast sky, it forms the largest virtual scenery theater in the world. As an outdoor theater, the scenes of the show are integrated with the natural surroundings, offering a different experience each season and day, depending on the weather conditions.

Yangshuo Silver Cave & Fuli Old Town & Xingping Old Town. The Tour Ends.

Silver Cave - The cave is a 40-minute drive from Yangshuo, and English headsets are available for the entire cave tour. Located in Maling Town of Lipu County, about 85 kilometers (53 miles) south of Guilin’s city center and 18 kilometers (11 miles) from Yangshuo, the Silver Cave is the largest karst cave in Guilin. It showcases the charm of the typical karst landform in southern China. Numerous crystal stalactites hang from the cave’s roof like stars in a falling Milky Way, glittering like silver and diamonds under colorful lights, giving the cave its name: Silver Cave. The saying goes, “One will never be down and out as long as one reaches the Silver Cave.” The cave’s majestic, otherworldly features make it an outstanding example of the karst landscape worldwide.

Moon Hill - South of the Big Banyan Tree in Gaotian Town, about 8 km (5 miles) from Yangshuo County of Guilin, lies the natural wonder known as Moon Hill. At the hilltop is a round hole that penetrates the hill from north to south, resembling a bright moon, hence the name Moon Hill. Originally a limestone cave, it is one of the karst formations in this area. It is the final stop along the picturesque ‘Ten-Mile Gallery,’ a superb tourism section in Yangshuo County. In 1972, former U.S. President Richard Nixon and his wife climbed the hill. Today, Moon Hill hiking and rock climbing are popular activities among visitors.

Xingping Town - In Xingping Town, guests can enjoy lunch and visit the old street and 20 RMB viewpoint. Additionally, they can take a small boat to explore the Li River, with payment made locally in cash. Historically, Xingping Town was the largest town along the Li River, located 63 km (39 miles) from Guilin and 25 km (15.5 miles) from Yangshuo, on the river’s east bank. The town is a beautiful place, surrounded by captivating scenery. Both Mural Hill and Yellow Cloth Shoal are part of this scenic area.

Fuli Ancient Town - Next, guests will visit Fuli Town, where they can explore the old streets, paintings, fans, and water buffalo. Located about eight kilometers east of Yangshuo County, Fuli is a quiet old town with an 800-year history, known as the artistic town of the area for its colorful fans and scroll paintings. Along the cobbled alleyways connecting the center, visitors will find numerous small factories producing painted paper fans. They can watch the intricate paper fans being made and hand-painted in this tranquil old town set on the banks of the Li River. Fuli Town has two sides: the rapidly developing new town along the main road and the old town center on the Li River bank. The old town retains nearly all of its historic houses, offering a glimpse into the simple lives of the local people.
