When it's stated that photos cannot be taken but the zoo personnel will take them it needs to be blatantly obvious and stressed that this is to provide more income for the zoo and there is an exorbitant charge for the pictures.

The price was fairly steep for what was offered. This is not a zoo, it is an attraction in someone’s backyard. The enclosures appear too small for the animals. Many of the animals seem stressed. The smell is awful. It was indicated that it takes several hours to your the property but aside from the your which was not all that informative it only takes about 30 minutes to see the other animals and feed them. The website was very confusion. It reminded us of tiger king minus the cats and more of a roadside attraction.

The guide was very knowledgeable and she did a great job but they were too many people in our group. We were at the back of the line. We were not able to be near the animal that she was giving information on. It seemed like we were in a hurry as well as a group and you didn’t really get to review the animal as long as she wanted. I think an improvement would be to have much smaller groups perhaps groups of six would be an appropriate number so that everyone can hear the information.
