An amazing experience overall!
I would have liked to spend a little more time watching certain animals. I was expecting to go through the exhibits at my own pace after the tour like at a normal zoo.
The experience there was great! Getting to know all the animals and learn more about them. The guide there was very energetic and is what made the experience a lot more enjoyable.
We loved the Wildlife Walk we were able to get up close to all the animals. And the staff was very informative about all the animals
This was our first trip to the zoo and we were not sure what to expect. It does differ from the traditional zoo in that you need a guide to tour the zoo. We loved that there were different types of animals than traditional zoos and that the tour ended with a hands on experience. The petting zoo is extensive and my daughter and niece didn't want to leave! They especially love Elvis the bunny. We also did the "Meet the babies" encounter which was lots of fun and very educational. There are so many different encounters, you could make each trip to the zoo vastly different. Next trip, we are going to do the otters encounter!
Took my fiancé for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The animals were all very active and adorable. Even before the end of the tour my fiancé was already talking about the next time we come.
Everyone was so nice and they let us get close and interact with the animals. The only negative thing I have to say that I wanted to do the otter encounter but it wasn't on the calendar when I bought the tickets. Once I got there I found out that there was an otter encounter and I couldn't do it because it wasn't on the calendar. Please at least try to keep an updated calendar that says when encounters are available and how many spots are left. Thanks! Overall I'd say this zoo was better than the Atlanta zoo!
We had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the animals were great.
My son and I had a great time at the zoo. The general tour was great. We met the babies and had a Fox encounter. Everything was excellent. The tour guides were awesome and the information we got was above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
