Our guide Natasha was excellent. Highlight of our trip.. a young birdie whose foot was broken was saved by Natasha and the bird traveled with Natasha throughout the trip.
We arrived in the city now knowing what to do and received a recommendation for a segway tour -- great decision!! Natasha was our tour guide. She had great energy and knowledge and gave us a great intro to Portland (and segways). I would highly recommend taking her tour.
Nice tour and excellent guide (Michelle). Stopped a little much and felt like we could have covered more. Would have liked a little more info...culture, people, industry, hot spots, etc.
Jered was a great guide! laid back but in control, super funny and knowledgeable about the city.
Natasha was fun and wonderful! Very knowledgeable about Portland and clearly loves her town! Great guide and Segway instructor! One of the highlights of our trip! Thanks!
Had a great time and the guide was funny & interesting. The only reason for 4 stars was that we were hoping for a little more of the history portion of Portland. That's a minor ding, overall it was a great time and scenic. I'd recommend this segway trip for anyone interested in seeing more of Portland
Great tour, great guide, very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the tour
Clarissa was very personable, and I loved the places she took us I have done segway before and plan on doing it again.
Natalia was a great coach to Lear how to operate the Segway quickly and a fun tour guide. Would recommend. We had a lot of fun.
Natasha gave us a really awesome tour! Best way to get an overview of Portland. Highly recommended. Bill and Barb
The guide was very pleasant and riding was fun and scenic. However, it was not an informative tour - just tidbits here and there. We were hoping to learn more about history, architecture, current lay out, etc.
Really nice little tour, nice weather and the Segways worked great. Michelle was very informative, we learned a lot. Would have liked to travel a bit more/further and seen more versus getting details about the city and history for the teen kids.
We were very happy to be able to get a same day reservation and an excellent price. However, having done this tour several times, i have to say it was unusual to go the entire 2 hours w/out stopping for a brief break. We were so sore and exhausted after since we're not used to standing that long! :)
We loved our guide! The tour was interesting, thorough and fun--the two teenagers and the two grandparents had an equally wonderful time!
Jarod was great. Kept us safe but had all having fun. Loved it!
Tour began slowly, a bit behind schedule. A couple people needed time to become comfortable. But Michelle, your leader, got everyone moving successfully. She really did not have to slow down the pace of the tour much. The downtown parts were okay, but the congestion made it challenging to use the segways. The better part of the tour was the PSU park blocks and the waterfront and bridges. 15-year-old son considered it a highlight of visit to Portland.
Tour guide was great. Tour itself was ok. It missed lots of highlights of the ciry.
Jared was fun and funny. Gave some good historic points, but seemed distracted. I think we could have heard 20 more historic pointers on our trip. We was late, our trip ended short.
Kerissa was the BOMB dot com! Seriousness. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (even with the hipsters who cussed and me and my kids), and made me feel right back at home.
We have done 9 Segway tours around the world and Minerva was one of the better guides we have had, thank you very much Kevin
Great tour guide. Thanks Kerissa
Tour gide, Natasha, was excellent.
Natasha was a fantastic and entertaining tour guide, and I felt like a Segway pro after the tour.
very knowledgeable guide, the tour was the right length, the size of the group was just right.
The Segway tour was great. Michele our guide made sure we were all comfortable on the Segway before heading off. We saw lots of sites in Portland and had a great time. Definitely a highlight of our visit to Portland and would recommend to others visiting.
Natasha was amazing. So fun and informative, We had a blast!
What a blast I had with my 10 and 13-year-olds, taking a Segway tour with Natasha. She patiently and expertly got us comfortable with "driving/riding" the Segway and with her infectious and enthusiastic personality showed us the highlights of the city. Very, very fun!
Everything was excellent! Big thanx to our guide Jered - this tour was a first Segway experience for me and my wife but there were no any accidents or falls - only positive impressions! Highly recommend it for everyone to try.
We had a great time on our Segway Tour of downtown Portland. We had never been into downtown Portland and the Segway tour was the best way to get acquainted with a new city and history. Thanks "Portland By Segway" for introducing to your beautiful city. Jim and Barbara
Great guides. We love defeats.
5 of the 6 in our group were very skeptical about doing this, but with the fantastic reassuring patient lesson from Kerissa everyone was a Segway pro after 5 minutes. Wonderful introduction to Portland. Remember to tip generously. She is the best.
Minerva was a great hostess for my daughter and me (and 6 others).
Did not go as far as our prior tour across the bridge.
Jarrod was thorough in his instructions, and positive, too. The tour route was interesting, and we had a great time!
