The girls leading the tour were great! They were well informed & knew their history about the town & it's haunts. I had no idea about Fiesta or that it would be going on while we were visiting & on our tour-this made story time very distracting for me, not sure it affected my husband or 10 yr old daughter. Also, we had read reviews & heard about this tour from friends & how you get K2 Meters during the tour. When we called a few hours before to ask questions, we were informed that as of a few months prior to our tour, the K2 meters were no more due to theft reasons. This is very unfortunately for the tour company but for us who were very excited about that part of the tour. With that said, we still had a great time & encourage you to take the tour.
Laura Tomorrow was very knowledgeable & friendly & fun. My daughter & I really enjoyed our tour. We went the next day inside all the haunted places we visited the night before. Thanks for a great tour.
The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable
The history and information and tour guide were very entertaining. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the stops so that they were more personal and secluded. I was hoping for a little more from the “ghostly” side as far as a dark corner, or maybe even being able to enter at least one of the areas on the tour.
Had a good time and the guide was good. Only thing that was off was her speaker kept popping and screeching making it hard to understand her. With all the noise from the streets, there were times she turned it off but you still couldnt hear talking. Maby new speaker?
We had a great time!! Laura Tomorrow was our guide and was very knowledgeable about San Antonio history. I would highly recommend the Ghost walk and can’t wait to do the haunted pub crawl next time.
The tour itself was great and the tour guide was too. She was a wonderful story teller. Unfortunately my husband and I ended up on the same tour with a bride to be and her group of 15 very drunk and loud women. They ran off and complained or was on their phones the entire time. So for my husband and I and the two other couple that actually wanted to be there it was hard to enjoy the experience. It would have been nice if large groups like that had their own time slot so others that pay can actually enjoy the experience we paid for.
Good tour...good stories...but it would have been more fun to be able to go into some of the haunted sites. However, I realize that you can not take a tour into hotels/bldgs that are currently in operation.
The stories were very long and got a little boring because it took so long to get to the point. The stories also seemed over embellished. However the tour guide was very kind, and some of the history was interesting to hear and the buildings were cool to see. It seemed as if the guide had told the stories so many times they were just too mechanical and not told well.
The guide was very informative & we had such a great tour. Definitely will do it again
Our tour guide was amazing and had an awesome personality!! It was very fun and my husband and I loved the history behind everything.
This tour was a good history lesson and the guides gave a good performance. This tour is not for people that have issues with walking or standing for long periods.
The guide and her trainee we're both quite well versed in the knowledge and lore they were importing on us yet being very careful not to include supposition an undocumented occurrences. They also provided us with EMF detectors on our tour giving us the opportunity to be more excited and feel as if we have a good chance of happening upon or possibly interacting with an entity ourselves.
The SA ghost was a tons of fun. We enjoyed the stories and the pace of the stroll. Mixing more of the area/national history in with the deaths/ghosts would give additional context to the story telling.
It was a fun time. The tour guide and her apprentice were knowledgeable and good story tellers. Only complaint is that it was a little too long. An hour vs. An hour and a half.
The ghost hunting equipment didn't work right, but the stories were very entertaining. Laura Tomorrow did a great job of telling them. Overall it was a lot of fun.
Very entertaining and educational at the same time. Tour guide did an awesome job.
Our tour guide was very informative and clearly enjoyed her job. We had a beautiful night in San Antonio learning about the city history and walking around downtown.
The tour was excellent and Laura was very personable and energetic.
The tour was fun and very interesting. You learn history about the area that you wouldn't normally find in books. Laura, the tour guide, was fantastic and made the tour very fun. I highly recommend it!
Some info presented as fact was not accurate. For ex. Being told a death happened at a specific time but did not.
Laura Tomorrow, ou guide, provided historical knowledge and additional ghostly stories that provided great entertainment for my family. We were asked to take as many photos of our ghostly tour and we were lucky enough to capture two ghostly figures. My 10 and 18 year old boys truly enjoyed it! They can't wait for another visit.
Laura Tomorrow was awesome! We had a lot of fun!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of ghosts in the area.
We were hoping for more locations then just around the Alamo area.
The starting location, 1909 Bar, had a very rude bartender. My friend needed to use the bathroom before the SA Ghost Walk person arrived and he refused her to use it. Luckily Jimmy John's was very considerate. Then within a few minutes Ms. Tomorrow arrives and informs that we can use the bathroom at the hotel/bar. Now I know that SA Ghost Walk has no control over this but maybe you should consider a different starting/ending spot. After we returned from the tour we went through the bar to use to the elevators and again, the same exact bartender, asked us where we were going and had to show the wrist ban just to use the restroom. Really, What an a$$&@Le.
I did this tour, and preferred the route last year a little better. I liked that we went a little closer to the river and downtown area as opposed to closer to the highway. I liked, however, how we did meet up in the Indigo Bar Hotel area, as opposed to in the Alamo area.
I heard later that another ghost tour took them by the holiday inn with some great stories about its history. Other then that I think Wolf's knowledge of the history of downtown San antonio was amazing. His enthusiasm and story telling was very obvious. I would recommend his tour again.
