The tour with Gabriel was awesome! Learning about the process of making the spirits was very informative but I also appreciated how the land is used. I'd definitely recommend the tour!
This was my first distillery tour and I had never been to Iron Fish previously. The tour was wonderful and very informative. I enjoyed being able to sample the variety of alcohol. The maple syrup tasted fantastic. I even purchased an entire bottle and couldn't wait to share it with my family. Here are some of the things that happened while we were there. I had emailed to get a later time and never received a response. (I did inform our server of that.) The temperature of the building was cold during the tour. I wore my coat. There wasn't any hot food until 2 p.m. and our tour was finished at 1 p.m. so we had to wait an hour to order warm food. The wait staff didn't ask us how we wanted to pay for extra items we purchased and if we wanted separate checks. Everything was added together on one bill so me and my friend had to figure out what each of us owed.
I enjoyed the tour and listening to Craig. I wish I enjoyed your products more. I guess I need to develop a taste for spirits!
Tour guide was ok, but liked our tour guide we had in September better I believe his name was Craig

The tour was great, drinks great! Just would suggest a better checkout experience-was difficult to check out. Know it was your anniversary so you were extremely busy. Possibly have those who tour check-out in a specific location. You have done an outstanding job keep up the great work. Mary Ellen
Loved the distillery tour. Guide was funny and interesting. In the tasting room, it would be nice to have soda water or lemon/lime to offer guests who can't handle sipping straight alcohol. Also, at the end there was not a mention about purchasing any bottles like there is when doing a winery tour. The room was crowded so we didn't even notice any displays. 2 miles down a dirt road is not a good thing for those of us who like to keep a clean vehicle.
There was nowhere for people to sit during the tour at any point, and people with health issues can not always stand continuously for an hour and fifteen minutes. The information and tour guide were very informative and enjoyable.
We felt that you were more than accommodating as we had to use our groupon a week after its actual expiration. Then I went and asked for a tour time change...again met with grace. The tour itself was fantastic and the tastings were excellent. We tried a drink each as well, and enjoyed them both. We came home with a bottle of your maple syrup and are saving it for when we have guests! My grand son would be disappointed but hey he uses a half a bottle every meal...so what he can't try wont hurt him! lol We have already told several people about our experience and will continue to do so. Bar service was a tad slow but... let me see.... a wedding, a party upstairs, a holiday weekend....hummm, sounds like I was just short on patience. Great job over all!!!!!!
