Tour Guide was great and the products are excellent
Solid tour with a knowledgeable guide.
The taste of the Town tour introduced us to a brand we had never heard of and we were all pleasantly surprised. The tour itself was informative, without being too repetitive. As this had been our 13th Bourbon tour wirhin the week we greatly appreciated that our guide got to what makes Town Brand different and not waste time on things we’ve heard all week. All four of us purchased your product and will continue to look for them when we get back home to Pennsylvania.
Friendly Staff. Educational. Great bourbon.
Even though we arrived late for tour, the staff escorted us to our group. Susan was our tour guide and she was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. She even spent a few minutes with us after our tour to tell us what we missed. I asked her for a dinner recommendation in downtown Lexington and she was spot on.
We only did the distillery tour, but even with a large group it was engaging, fun and informational. This was our 7th tour in 48 hours, but we still learned something new. Also appreciated the respect for other distilleries. No other tour we did affirmed their competitors. It was nice to hear mutual respect for good bourbon, not matter who makes it. Also, the rum was a very pleasant surprise.
I did not realize upon booking that this tour was the end of a longer tour and we had to join a group already touring other parts of the property. When we checked in I felt a little pressured to take the entire tour which we didn't want to do and told the ladies that. We did enjoy ourselves and I liked that there were spirits other than bourbon to try and purchase.
We went to the 2pm tour of the distillery (30 min version) - the tour guide was excellent...very enthusiastic and knowledgeable!
Our tour had 25 people or more and for the space, it is entirely too large a group. My group alone had 8 and we were met by a huge group coming from the Brewery. Nothing like other tours .
This is a beautiful distillery and our tour guide was excellent. The still room was gorgeous!!
Tour guide was exceptional.
This was a great tour. It was not too long, and was followed by a comprehensive tasting. The tour guide was great and had a good sense of humor. In addition, the tour group was small, enabling us to hear more clearly and not feel overcrowded in the space.
Great interaction with the visitor center staff & tour guide .
Wish the taste included ales.
Nice facility. Knowledgeable staff. Great bourbon
Guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. I liked that we got to sample beer, as well as bourbon.
The very best of Bourbon and Whisky
Staff were really engaging and knowledgeable. Very customer focused. Beautiful facilities.
Tour guide was great. Really lived the two tastings, ie beer and bourbon.
Great tour. Dana was very informative. I will be back.
Great tour leader! Great products! Very knowledgeable and took her time
Tour guide was great. Not over crowded and great prices.
The tour was very informative & the guide professional. Although my wife & I both felt the bourbon had a little ways to go, it holds a lot of promise. We purchased both the stout as well as the bourbon ale upon returning home. Thanks for the hospitality!
Very personable tour guide. Samples were very good.
I enjoyed learning about the bourbon making process but it felt like a museum tour. Nothing was moving and no one was working. The online registration should let the visitor know which times bottles or barrels being filled.
The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful and very clean
