Great tour guide and very knowledgeable
Not only does Left Hand have amazing beers, the service of the employee owners is awesome. You can tell these people love their job and their company and it shows. The tours are engaging and very interesting and informative. They spend a lot of time with you showing you the equipment and explaining how things work and answering any questions you have. And the beers...did I mention the beers? Personal favorites are their barrel series, all of them. Their 25th anniversary Imeperial Stout is amazing.
The host knew so much of the science behind the whole process and that was really enjoyable as someone who is interested in microbiology for fermentation!
Great tour guide and the place is awesome! Happy people, happy beer, happy life
Emmy was great. She was very approachable and gave a very detailed tour! Her personality also made the tour very exciting.
I was disappointed that samples of your beers was not included.
Beer was good, tour was good. Enjoyed our visit!
Our tour guide was outstanding, informative, friendly, personable.
Our tour guide was great - she knew the nuts and bolts of the brewing process, and as a home brewer, that was great. We were there on a Sunday, so we did not get to see bottling or canning operations, but it was still good. The odd part was no samples at the end of the tour. We paid for a flight before and bought a couple of drafts after, but it was just peculiar. First brewery tour we've been on that failed to offer the product at the end. So - somewhat satisfied. A little Juju would have been lovely.
I wish I would have got her name, but the tour guide was fantastic! It was a fun, interesting tour and I love the fact that the brewery is employee owned. I hope to be back when the amphitheater is complete.
My wife and I went on the 12:15 tour on Saturday, April 28. Our tour guide was fun, relaxed, informative. We do ALOT of brewery tour visits and it was refreshing to not just get the same type of "here's how you make beer" tour. Great job! Best, Mike and Beth Kelly, Albany, NY
The people were super nice. The beer was great, and our friend Randy wasn’t sure if they still made the milk stout. We found out they did.
Lauren was funny and very knowledge. Definately made the tour enjoyable. The beer was great and the genius of Eric and Dick in what they created was amazing. We had a wonderful time.
Great informative tour that got us behind the scenes. We learned a lot about the company that was unknown...
This tour was AMAZING! My friend & I took a few days to go around & tour breweries & we both agree that this one was on of our favorites! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. We also were the only ones signed up for a tour & she was still happy to give us one! She even recruited two other people at the bar to bring along. All the employees were very friendly as well.
Brewery was very welcoming and great selection of beers to choose from. Tour guides were great and very informative, making for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
very sweet tour guide very knowledgeable
Our tour guide Val was great. She answered all of our questions. We are from Buffalo, New York and really enjoy the Milk Stout Nitro. We took home a couple of six packs that we can not get here.
First of all, our brewery tour was incredible with Tony as our guide. He took his time and gave a great description of the brewing process, and answered our many questions. Next we sampled a few of your brews in the tasting room, again asking question about the different beers we sampled. Our favorite was the one aged in used whisky barrels, Canadian Tuxedo. Thanks for a great experience.
We enjoyed our visit and wish you were located a little closer to Cheyenne. We'll be back!
I appreciate the knowledgeability of the guide and the personalization of the tour. Nice work.
