Susan, our tour guide was amazing! Informative, delightful, and obviously passionate about the subject! We had the BEST time! We'll definitely return soon!
The distillery was beautiful! The staff were brilliant and the tour was informative. It was a lovely afternoon outing and the product was delicious!
Informative tour. Great tastings at the end!
We visited the facility on May 10th for the first tour of the morning and had a short time to getM it done and on to our next appointment. Woodrow and Marshall are awesome guys who took the time to make our visit great and actually pulled us out of the tour near the end to give us a spirts tasting with just my family. Then we were able to purchase some of your great Rye to travel back to our home in Denver. These guys really did a great job to accommodate our time needs and it just made for a great experience. We already love your KBB beer and now your spirts and only regret that you do not distribute to Denver. Make sure you thank those guys for some great work.
Awesome facility and tour. Great beers. Been looking forward to visit since I first had your Bourbon Barrel Stout a few years ago at a small restaurant named 96 West on the courthouse square in Brenham, Texas. Great too from the tour guide on mixing a bit of Vanilla Ale into the Stout - delicious. Now I need to convince my liquor store in College Station, TX to carry these. Thanks.
Interesting tour of the facility. Susan was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her conversations ranged from the beer and bourbon themselves to the history of the brewery.
We had a wonderful time. Our guide was a very likable and friendly person. The samples were great. We also found a new spirit we like a concentrate called Bluegrass Sundown and a drink made with it that is fantastic.
We loved our tour! Our out of town guests can't wait to come back and try new beers and try the bourbon tour.
The detailed information was spectacular. The tasting went very well too. Mercer was very helpful, courteous and informative. I wish that the seasonal beers were more available in the Cleveland Ohio area.
George was awesome and the KBB is the best!!
We really enjoyed our tour especially the history behind the facility and the philanthropic side of the company. Great experience, great products and great guide. Especially loved the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout! Tracy and Jim Stone
Liz was very informative and had a great personality as our tour guide. I learned a bit more than I expected and will come back for the distillery tour the next time I'm in town.
It would have been nice to see the operation working but other than that, the tour guide was excellent, very impressed on how clean and neat the facility was.
Nice campus. Your employees were very nice. Helpful.
Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Everyone seems very passionate about all of the products.
We had a great visit to the brewery for the Barrel Aged Beer Tour. Enjoyed the 4 tastings as well as the tour.
Very good tour of a smaller bourbon trail operation. The brewery added a nice touch.
We made an error upon arrival and took instruction from another visitor. As a result, ended up not checking in and on the wrong part of the tour. Once we were able to skip out respectfully, we were set up with the next group,on the right tour, even though full. All the staff was amazing and the beer was fantastic as well!
The brewery and distillery tour or wonderful! We very much enjoyed Susan as a tour guide and everyone we met along the way was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We learned a great deal about the process of brewing beer as well as the stilling spirits. He very much enjoyed our visit!
Our guide,Sue I think , older lady with short hair , was super fun and knew everything. She was pleasant and engaging and being from out of town gave us some suggestions of where to go. We'll definitely be back again.
