The program features a unique gourmet tasting that artfully combines 6 organic Alsace wines with delectable Christmas treats: gingerbread with fillings, foie gras terrine, duck breast smoked and stuffed with foie gras, kougelhopf, artisanal Christmas cookies, and other seasonal sweets perfectly complement these exceptional wines.
