Laguna La Toreadora - We will ascend to the highlands through the southern Andes to visit Cajas National Park, one of Ecuador’s most picturesque and significant protected areas. This lake system is the primary water source for Cuenca. Depending on your fitness level, we will embark on a hike to explore the moorlands ecosystem, native Polylepis forest, and the unique vegetation found here.
