Family friendly tubing and nature experience - We had a fantastic tubing experience! The guides made sure my children were both safe and having fun the entire time. They even spotted monkeys and sloths along the way and patiently made sure each of my girls got a good look before moving on—never rushing us. It was clear they truly love what they do. I’m so thankful for the joy and excitement I got to see on my children’s faces.

Amazing Family Rio Celeste Float - We loved this trip with Rio Celeste to Know. The company was recommended to us by our Airbnb host and it was a great recommendation. This is a family company and it shows. They were flexible with changing our reservation when one of my children was sick. Once everyone was healthy, we went on the float with my 4, 7 and 9 year old sons. We had two guides with my family of 5 and they took every precaution to make sure especially my 4 year old was safe. We saw two sloths and many monkeys in addition to the fun of floating the rapids and swinging on the Tarzan swing. Jeison was wonderful setting up my tour and answering all of my questions. Cristian and Jimmy were fabulous guides who made the trip very fun. Rio Celeste is a beautiful river and this experience should not be missed!

Relaxing and Thrilling - If you’re looking for an experience that’s both relaxing and full of thrills, the Río Celeste tubing trip is perfect. The turquoise water alone is worth the visit—it’s as stunning in person as in photos. The tubing route takes you through calm stretches where you can float and soak in the scenery, mixed with fun, bumpy rapids that give you a rush without feeling unsafe. It was refreshing to get splashed along the way. We did a private tour and Christopher from Rio Celeste is fantastic—attentive and skilled at making sure everyone feels secure, even first-timers. They keep an eye out for wildlife, so you might spot birds, monkeys, or frogs along the way. This trip is about an hour on the river, which feels slightly short but we were fine with it. Wear water shoes with a good grip, as the riverbed can be slippery when getting in and out. We did have one question about logistics: why have guests meet at a location only to drive 20 minutes to another location as a starting point (backward for us). Would it be possible for customers to meet directly at the river instead? Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-run adventure that balances nature, relaxation, and just enough adrenaline to make you grin from ear to ear. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone who wants a unique way to enjoy Río Celeste.

Tubing down Rio Celeste - Very fun trip tubing down the Rio Celeste. I highly recommend Cristian as a guide. He guided us over the rapids so we could focus on enjoying the ride. Along the way we stopped to look for tree frogs and were fortunate to see both a black and green and a red "blue jean" poison dart frog as well as a sloth. There was delicious fresh fruit waiting at the end. It was also very cool that Jeison took pictures as we started and was able to share them at the end. Overall a great experience!

Great experience, super friendly and safe guides - We loved our experience tubing the river. We were unsure as our kids are pretty young - 4 and 2, and we wanted to make sure it would be safe and they’d have fun. The guides were fantastic - very friendly and helpful, but they also actively managed the river an tubes the whole time (they were holding our tube the whole time) to make sure we went over the rapids smoothly and safely. Kids and adults both loved it - highly recommend!

Highly recommended tubing trip with Christian - My family and I did tubing down the Rio Celeste with Christian and Jimmy. They were create guides. The water was low so they helped guide us through some of the low spots where we would have easily gotten stuck on rocks. Provided spectacular information about the region, the rivers, and wildlife. The rope swing was exiting and we came across some monkeys and a sloth. Bonus was the mud treatment. The drive back to the car from the end of the tubing wasn't long and there was some delicious fruit waiting for us as we exited the river. I'd recommend this trip to anyone looking for a relaxing time down the river. The experience will differ based on the rivers water volume. It was a low day for us, so we did have to put a bit more work into the tubing, but we enjoyed it regardless. The river was empty so it felt like we had a private tour and didn't have to share the river with anyone. This was late March 2025. The guide said that some days there can be over 200 people exiting the river at one time. Thankfully we didn't have to experience the crowds.
