Please note that travel is one-way only. If a return trip is needed, another reservation can be made through the Viator platform. The client fills in the necessary details: date, time, number of passengers, and pick-up or destination address. Upon checkout, a booking confirmation with complete details is received.
Transfer Preparation:
The client will be contacted with information about the driver, vehicle type, and an emergency contact number.
On the Day of Transfer:
The driver arrives at the designated meeting point (airport or specified address) at the agreed time. They will hold a sign with the client’s name to ensure easy identification. The client receives assistance with their luggage.
During the Transfer:
The journey is conducted in a comfortable and safe vehicle, suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. The driver takes the most efficient route, ensuring a smooth and timely trip.
Arrival Point:
The driver ensures arrival at the specified destination (hotel, tourist town, or airport). Assistance with luggage is provided during disembarkation. The service is concluded with a confirmation and a courteous farewell to the client.
The vehicle type is assigned based on the number of passengers: 1 or 2 passengers in a sedan, 3 or 4 passengers in an SUV, and groups of more than 4 to 7 passengers in a Hyundai Starex or a similar type minibus. All transfers are private and conducted in air-conditioned vehicles.
