Great option for late night airport arrival - I was nervous about landed in Guatemala City so late at night (11pm) and finding a ride to my hotel. Pre booking this transfer was definitely the way to go. The airport exit is a little chaotic but I had clear instructions on how to find our driver and he was right where he was supposed to be with a sign. He was very friendly and professional and got us to our hotel quickly and safely! Would definitely book again.

Good comfortable transfer to the hotel - Easy and convenient and on time. Communication was clear and the instructions to meet were good as well. If you are coming late in the evening this is a great option than trying to figure out Uber etc

Reliable service - Timely, good driving, friendly and helpful driver. The car was exactly like the picture. This may sounds like a silly comment but I have had other situations with other companies where when picked up, the car is dirty and run down and nothing like the pictures. I will use this service again.

Great service! - Excellent service! Driver was easy to find at the meet up point and he was very nice. They have free water bottles in the vehicle which is great after a long flight.

Comfortable shuttle - We recommend this transfer because leaving Guatemala City is a real headache the traffic is hellish. After a few hours of bus ride this private transportation allowed the journey to Antigua in a comfortable way. The driver was a helpful and careful only left us after being sure that was our exact place of stay. I recommend!

Perfect!! - Driver was on time and exactly where pick up was supposed to be. He also held a sign with my nane on it. Very friendly and informed us of tours they have that are not on the viator app. Will definitely use again if returning to Guatemala.

We arrived at airport and... - We arrived at airport and then had to fill out some forms for immigration so we were a little late. We also did not have internet on our phones so could not commuicate to the driver. When we finally went to Cafe Barretta did not see driver inside or in front with a sign but then about five minutes later he was there with the sign. He was a nice guy, very respectful. The traffic was terrible and it took over two hours to get to Antigua. I think the driver did his best though. I was happy we reserved this kind of vehicle rather than a regular taxi as it would have been more uncomfortable.
