Great experience for the whole family - Everyone who worked at Rainforest Adventures was extremely friendly and helpful. Two family members did the zip line (they loved it), while the other two did the tram, which is a nice hour or so ride through the rainforest. The zip line takes a little longer but there is a nice cafe right there to have food and drinks. They had the largest hamburger I’ve ever seen and kid friendly options. The sloths are a must see! They are actually quite active versus others I’ve seen that are just sleeping. The butterfly exhibit was also really cool. We enjoyed just walking around too. Expect the transfer ride there and back to be a little long because of traffic. I would definitely go back!

Fun! - The zip lines were a blast! The aerial tram was very serene and relaxing. We didn't see any animals, other than a coati - basically a racoon. The park is well run and the staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

It’s a good value for 6... - It’s a good value for 6 different activities. You could easily spend half a day doing all of them. We were even able to see a large group of coatis walking around near the main area in the middle of the day. Staff was nice and accommodating too.

Excellent multi-activity day trip! - This was an excellent day. The zipline was amazing and so professional and safety-oriented. We had to wait for the downpour to pass and the first few zips were in light rain, but it was not a deterent. The aerial tram is actually quite delightful. Our freelance guide, James, was outstanding. He was so knowledgable about the flora, fauna and history of the region. The natural beauty and protection of this area adjacent to the national park is outstanding.

Great all-around tour - The ziplining was great. The staff were more helpful and reassuring than past ziplining experiences. I felt safe. As far as how extreme it was I would put it at moderate. The last zipline was the best. The gondola canopy tour was nice and I learned quite a bit through our guide. The guides were very personable and knowledgable. The food was very tasty as well.

50/50 at best - My overall review would be "just okay." We were there on a very rainy day and the aerial tram was still wonderful. The staff are about 50/50 on friendly vs not helpful and in one case, very rude. The zipline guides are great. The food is straight up terrible. Seriously. Do not eat there. Our group of 10 ordered about 10 different things and the only thing we enjoyed was the hot chocolate. It took forever, as well and was so $$$. My review overall would be that it is not worth what they charge you. They do not guide you through the process at all. We only got to zipline because the guides saw us wandering trying to find the hikes, gardens and they asked us if we wanted to go.

Not what it is advertised - This is not 6 physical activities to do. Started my day getting on the tour bus at 645 am, which was told to meet at 720 am. That's fine with me. Got to the destination 3 hrs later. Zipline was fun! Also did an aerial tram that was ok. Ate lunch at the facility that was a limited buffet type setting, then after you could walk to the nature area see butterflies and sloths. The sloths you could not see up close as they were in a cage, lights were off, and in a locked larger cage. Then we all met up at 330 pm, to get back on tour bus, by 830 I was STILL on the bus, no drinks or restroom, all of us were upset, tired, hungry and thirsty, I chose to get off at the next stop available, take an Uber back to my place. After talking with the tour guide, he agreed, understood and was frustrated too. If I would of stayed on, I would of not gotten back to my original drop off location till after 10 pm. Staff was great but this tour was NOT.
