• Lychee Bay Scenic Area - At either 8am or 2pm, the guide will collect you from your centrally located Guangzhou hotel and take you to the historic Xiguan area of Guangzhou to begin the tour. The first stop is the Lychee Bay area, featuring traditional houses, a river, trees, and cafes.
• Yong Qing Fang - Next, you will head to Yong Qing Fang, a traditional residential area that is now a delightful place to explore, with its old houses, shops, and river.
• Cantonese Opera Art Museum - Following this, you will visit the Museum of Canton Opera, which showcases the history, costumes, and drama books related to the opera. The museum’s setting is beautiful, with a rock hill, waterfall, and trees. Remember to bring your passport for entry. Note: The Canton Opera Museum is closed on Mondays, and in such cases, a visit to Renwei Ancestral Temple will be arranged instead.
• Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street - Finally, you will proceed to the pedestrian street for lunch or dinner before returning to your hotel, where the tour concludes.

This private tour is wonderful to explore the old area including Xiguan, Lychee Bay, En’ning Road, Yong Qing Fang, Museum of Canton Opera and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street in Guangzhou with a local guide. Centrally located Guangzhou hotel pickup and drop-off are included. You can choose either 8am or 2pm departure. Canton Opera Museum is closed on Mondays, and we will arrange to visit Renwei Ancestral Temple instead when it is on Monday.
