• Qingping Medicine Market - Established in 1979, this market boasts over 2,000 stalls along the 1-km-long Qingping Lu and Ti Yun Lu, north of Shamian Island. It is Guangzhou’s largest street market, offering Chinese medicines (including live scorpions!), spices, fish, pets, and flowers. With over 60,000 daily visitors, a stroll through the legendary Qingping Market is a delightful post-lunch activity.
• Chen Clan Ancestral Hall-Folk Craft Museum - Built in 1867, this hall showcases traditional Guangdong architectural design and decoration. It is celebrated for its exquisite craftsmanship, depicting historical figures, legends, and scenes through wood, brick, pottery carvings, brass, and cast iron. These artistic and historical elements make the Chen Ancestral Shrine a significant attraction in Guangzhou.

If your overseas travel plans include a day-long stopover in Guangzhou, this tour is just right for you! An English-speaking tour guide, along with a driver and a private car, will welcome you at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN). They will shuttle you to the city center of Guangzhou where you’ll be taken through a series of Guangzhou’s top tourist spots before bringing you back to the airport in time for your outbound flight.
