• Museo Ex-Hacienda San Gabriel de Barrera - Constructed at the end of the seventeenth century, this was the magnificent hacienda of Captain Archangel de la Barrera, whose lineage traces back to the first Conde de Rul of the renowned La Valenciana mine.
• Presa de la Olla - (Olla Dam) was constructed in the mid-18th century to supply the city with fresh water.
