Love it! - This tour was awesome! Our driver was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions people had. We had a few stops and ended at Mercado Hidalgo.

Lots of walking - We signed up for a city tour, thinking it would take us to the famous places in town. That is the "cultural" tour. We went to the mines, the haunted houses, the place of torment and the mummies. Great, but more walking than we expected. Lots of climbing stairs and walking. Still, had a great time. Were on the tour with a young couple and their 3-year-old son. He loved the mummies. The driver was accommodating in getting our hotel shuttle sent to the right place. That helped a lot.

Good price, Spanish language tour. - I understand Spanish, which will is good for this tour. I couldn't find a similar tour in English, but I'm sure there are. I was in a small group tour with a comfortable van for transportation. This wasn't in the Guanajuato's city center, but rather some surrounding places that are historically significant. The price was really good at the time of this writing. The only bad part is that entrance to the stops wasn't included in the tour price. Also, the guides at the museums were paid in tips, so expect to pay a little extra along the way. Some of the stops were really cool like the mine, and the church. Tobias, mytour guide was informative and humorous. It was nicer than a prerecorded tour because you could ask questions.

The reservation with TripAdvisor disappointed me. The performance of the guide and driver was very good. - The information I received for the starting point of the tour was wrong. Number 14 of the old Salgado Street is not in front of the Delfina Quiñones Public School. I stood in front of the door of the aforementioned school and had to call by phone to tell them where I was because after the start time I did not see any van with the logo "Don Quixote tourist transportation" They responded to me, after a while, that they were picking up other travelers and that I should stay where I was. When the van arrived, it turned out that it did not have any logo to identify it because, apparently, it is not allowed in Guanajuato and, furthermore, there were no travelers in it and that generated distrust because it did not match the information that had been provided to me. From that moment on, the van went to pick up other travelers in an underground street and, in short, the tour started more than half an hour late. Everything that came after was very good because both the driver and the guide proved to be good professionals.

Riding tour - We were a group of eight women going on this tour we planned on seeing the mummy museum which we never saw very disappointed however the ride was interesting and our driver did not speak any English. Picked up four passengers midpoint of our tour and drop them off In Centro which seems very odd.

Don’t take this tour. - Tour did not adhere to the stated itinerary and instead went to cheap curios that were unwanted and I uninteresting. The diversions filled the time where we had to leave the tour early after 3+ hours. We did not get to see the mummy museum which was to be at the beginning of tour. Will try to get a refund.
