It's an experience in... - It's an extraordinary boat experience depending on the tide, it can be hectic and we get watered. Personally, I loved the climbs on the hustle and bustle of the sea.

Not worth the money, no excursion that we would recommend - Horrible boat trip for over an hour with noisy, jumping motorboat. They just wanted the boat trip to end. The skipper said it was quiet on the way out…. On the way home the waves were even bigger if possible and the trip took then 1 Hour 15 minutes when everyone had to squeeze in the back of the boat for safety reasons. Impossible to talk or enjoy that boat ride. At the time of booking it was not at all clear what type of boat would be used. Much better to go out to Saintes directly from the nearest point on the mainland. The captain only speaks French which means that the French speakers had a much nicer experience than the rest of us when we felt a little left out. The snorkeling was otherwise successful with many fish and sea turtles.
