This food tour was a... - This food tour was a highlight of my time in Guadalajara. Everything was well organized and authentic, and the food was outstanding from start to finish. We visited local spots I never would have found on my own and learned so much about the city’s food and culture along the way. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Guadalajara. The pacing was perfect and we were very well fed. I loved that the tour supports small, local businesses. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Guadalajara. A must do experience.

Exceptional Private Food Tour - A Perfect Family Experience - We had an extraordinary experience on this private food tour in Guadalajara with our two children. Our guide, Diego, was outstanding — warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful about making the tour engaging for both adults and kids. He took us to local markets and hidden food spots we never would have found on our own, with absolutely delicious food at every stop. Diego also shared deep insights into the history and culture of Guadalajara, which added so much depth to the experience. The pace was relaxed and family-friendly, and our children felt included throughout. This tour was the perfect introduction to the city — delicious, educational, and truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Great way to start👍 - Diego spent a good part of a day with me, in Centro. There was food talk, and history, and he patiently helped me with some gift shopping (including gifts for myself!). Later he sent me suggestions and information on other areas I had asked about. It was a great way to start my trip!

More than a food tour - Lots more than just a food tour! Diego was able to give us the history of the city and give suggestions on places to go while we were there. He had pictures of what Guadalajara looked like in the past vs. what it looked like now. The food was wonderful and they were able to accommodate different food preferences even me being a vegetarian.

The food was great - but it's so much more than food! - It was our first time in Guadalajara and in Mexico. Having this tour on the first day was just a fantastic start to our experience. The food, the walk, and the suggestions for our next days were just great! With Diego, we could experience the things we would never discover on our own. In fact, we so much liked our lunch at El Pilon that we couldn't leave Guadalajara without having another meal there. But it's not only about food - it's about showing the Guadalajara way, the orientation, the best of the city.
