Upon booking, all necessary pick-up and drop-off details will be communicated to the driver. A vehicle is dedicated exclusively to your group of passengers. In the event of delays, your flight will be monitored online, so please remember to provide your flight details. Our drivers are highly trained, responsible, and experienced, ensuring a pleasant private travel experience.

The driver will be waiting for you just outside the passenger exit. Please select the correct exit, “Blue Wing” or “Ala Celeste.” The driver will hold a sign with your name or any preferred text.

The typical route from La Aurora Airport includes passing through zones 12 and 11 of Guatemala City, then San Cristóbal Boulevard, the towns of San Lucas Sacatepéquez, El Tejar Chimaltenango, Sumpango, Las Cuces, and finally arriving in Panajachel. (No drop-offs outside downtown Panajachel). Ensure your drop-off is on the main streets of Panajachel, as we do not provide drop-offs in other towns (neither Santa Catarina Palopó nor San Antonio Palopó).

We can stop at a bank in San Lucas Sacatepéquez for currency exchange if needed. Typically, we pause halfway (at Pueblo Real) for restroom breaks or to stretch for 5 to 10 minutes.
