Time Flies When you are Having Fun - Had a lovely experience using Rising Sun Taxi Service Saint Lucia during my first trip to the island this week. Had the pleasure of meeting Mark and his son during the ride from the airport to and from the Royalton St. Lucia. The drive was about 2 hours but the scenery was impressive on the way. The vehicles used were spotless and quite comfortable with air conditioning. We were offered drinks each way and given opportunities to take some beautiful photos on the journeys. Both drivers were very punctual and reached out to confirm pickups and drop offs in a timely manner. The conversation flowed naturally and felt very comfortable during the drive. I would not hesitate to put my trust in Mark for another airport transfer and hope in the future to do one of the excursions that he offers around the beautiful island. Thanks again!

10/10 service! Highly recommend - Wow! What a wonderful experience we had with Mark, strong communication before and during our stay to ensure our trip is going well. Check in for the taxi was easy and Mark was there waiting for us to take us on our way to the resort, cold drinks and aircon was waiting for us in the mini van. Mark is such a friendly and informative gentleman, if we were to return back to st lucia he would be our no1 man to go back to! On the return my daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting his son Marknyl who was also extremely friendly and pleasant to be around. Fantastic drive from the airport - Mark is a lovely guy always polite, punctual and very professional. He knows I am not keen on the roads as they are quite windy but always drives very careful. He always chats and tells us about the area . Overall we would not use anyone else. In our opinion he is the best .

Highly recommended - I saw good reviews of Rising Sun on Facebook and decided to make contact to arrange a private transfer for my partner and I. Mark responded very quickly and answered any queries I had. When we arrived at the airport he was there waiting for us, with a warm welcome and nice cold water and local beer. We enquired about doing a tour of the Island. Again, Mark was very accommodating. We arranged a date and he asked what we wanted to include in the tour. He factored in everything we had asked for, and the price included lunch and refreshments. As we drove round the Island Mark gave us lots of information about the island and was clearly very knowledgeable and a proud St Lucian. One of drinks on offer was the most delicious rum punch I have ever tasted, made lovingly by Mark’s wife. We mentioned to Mark that we were interested in going to the Friday street party at Gros Islet. He quoted a very reasonable price and arranged for a driver to drop us off and collect us. Another service that we couldn’t fault. Mark is a real gem and I would absolutely recommend Rising Sun to anyone visiting St Lucia.

Amazing service and Mark is just the best!!! - Mark was just amazing! We used Rising Sun take service for both our transfers and an island tour day trip. Mark is so knowledgeable and friendly - he made our trip so special and my son absolutely adored Mark! Mark takes real care of you and the homemade rum punch supplied by his wife on the island tour is just something else If you are looking for a transfer or island tour then don’t go anywhere else but here. Mark is a home away from home!

Transfers to Royalton St Lucia - Mark at Raising Sun was amazing, his communication prior to our arrival was clear, effectively and helpful. He was waiting for us when we landed, swiftly escorted us to his large, cool taxi with cold drinks waiting for us. I suffer with travel sickness, I did take medication for this, but the journey was good, a lot better than I was expecting. Mark had excellent correspondence prior to our return journey, and was waiting for us at the lobby. He made us feel very safe, vulued and we feel very privileged to have had him for our transfers.

Book with Marc - Loved our round airport transfer with Mr Marc and Mr Al. Marc kept well in contact with us before and during the trip, up until the return ride. Wonderful, pleasant, nicely priced and well informed about their home island. Don’t hesitate to book with them, I know I will when I return to the island.

Excellent island tour & airport transfer - We had a great experience with Mark both for airport transfers and for a tour of the island. He was so friendly, patient, and informative. He greeted us quickly on arrival & had a cooler ready for us to enjoy on the drive. The island tour was also excellent as we got to see a lot & learn new things on the way. Departure was also very smooth. We ran into him & his family while we were at the Friday night street party & he was kind enough to find us & offer us a seat while we ate. Truly a great experience. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic, friendly, expert service. - My wife and I used this fantastic company for our airport transfers and also as transport for a two night break away from our hotel. My wife contacted Mark from the UK, and he responded incredibly quickly and then kept up brilliant communication throughout our time in St Lucia. One of Mark's drivers (Albert) collected us from the airport on our arrival and then very professionally and friendly took us to our hotel. We were supplied with Piton beers and waters. Mark then collected us for our mini break, and we had a great time with him. He has a great knowledge and love of his country, and it was like a mini tour.It felt like we had known him for years. We were supplied with gorgeous rum punch and waters, which was a great touch. Mark then took us back to the airport for our return flight. Mark is a great guy and his company is absolutely fantastic. If you visit St Lucia, you would be mad not to use him. We really can not recommend Rising Sun Taxis enough. Thank you so much, Mark, for helping make our journeys so enjoyable.
