Overall great experience.... - Overall great experience. Very knowledgeable and fun. Our driver Devon was amazing. Make sure to book your hotel transfer. The lunch was good. Plan for a full day in the sun and bring your sunscreen. Yea monnnn

Fun in the sun - We had a great time. The Sea Spray staff were super helpful and friendly. They were so kind in assisting my wife who has mobility issues. Highly recommend.

Girls Trip - Well organized, happy pleasant staff. Beautifully clean catamaran. Loved it all but enjoyed volcano and talk the most. Delicious lunch.

So much fun!! Great experience - Highly recommend! It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Some tips, get to the boat as early as you can. Seating is first come, first serve but there’s plenty of options. Bring a towel. Have fun!

You Get A Lot For the Price - You get a lot of activities for the price which is great. There was confusion at pick up. There were multiple vans picking up at the resort. We were told to “wait on the next one” without any clear details. When we made it to the marina and boarded the catamaran we all realized how many people would be on the excursion. The tour started off well. We got to see wonderful views. The staff were so much fun and extremely friendly. They give you option on activities. Everyone does the waterfall. It was too many people. Everyone from the catamaran plus other tour groups and tourists. There was a line just to get a picture under the waterfall. You could choose between Sulphur Springs or volcano tour. A lot of people chose Sulphur Springs so I did the volcano tour.
Lunch was nice. There was an emergency on the catamaran headed back to the marina. We all felt bad for those who looked forward to snorkeling. They could not enjoy the full quoted time provided by staff. I would like to give this five stars but there was a lot of back and forth between people on the catamaran. Also this is not a kid friendly tour. If you can’t old your liquor stay away from rum punch.

Kidnap by Pirates While Snorkeling - The trip started off well, the Crew was good and very engaging with the guests. Each one of the stops was well executed and we stayed on schedule. The problem came at the last activity, Snorkeling. So apparently there have been issues with some locals "pirates" showing up at the Snorkeling location and offering to tow individuals out to the Reefs. Once they have you out there and if you can swim they "extort" the person or their spouse/family/friends on the boat for money to bring their love one back to the boat. I was not told this so when the guys arrived and offered to tow me to the Reef, I asked how much? My person said whatever I wanted to "donate" so we establish up front. While I was out, Neal, the photographer/DJ started telling my husband that the guy Franklin was not going to bring me back unless my husband paid him a lot of money which infuriated my husband and almost turned what had been a great time up until this point really bad. Unbeknownst to me, my husband thought I was being exported and was in danger. The Crew did nothing to assuage him until they realized that my husband was not the one. My husband called from the boat for me to let go and swim back. Fortunately because I had established with Franklin, he graciously towed me back to the boat and was very apologetic to my husband. My husband remained very angry for the remainder of the trip and felt like the Crew was in cahoots with these "Pirates" to take unexpecting tourist for their money. Again, for a trip that had gone so well and that we were really enjoying, turned it into an unpleasant and unfortunate turn of events. Bases on this I will not recommend this to anyone visiting St. Lucia, in fact I will give them a stark warning not to go on this tour as it is a "Set-up"

Extremely Disappointing and Not Family-Friendly - I booked this tour expecting a fun and safe family experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst excursions I’ve ever been on.
1. Concerning Start
Before many guests had even boarded, I noticed members of the crew drinking alcohol on the boat. That immediately set the wrong tone.
2. Lack of Organization
There was no explanation of the day’s itinerary. Guests were simply moved from place to place without clear instructions, which was confusing and stressful.
3. Poor Communication
At Sulphur Springs, one crew member directed us into a van for the tour. When we returned, another crew member insisted he had been searching for us. It was obvious that the staff were not communicating with each other, which created unnecessary tension.
4. Inappropriate Atmosphere
As the day went on, the onboard environment became increasingly inappropriate for families. I personally witnessed crew members drinking, one acting in an unprofessional manner with guests, open smoking (both cigarettes and marijuana) near children, and excessive alcohol consumption. This was not the safe, family-friendly environment I expected.
5. Unsafe and Overwhelming Conditions
The music volume was extremely loud, and microphone feedback made it even worse. During the snorkel stop, no fins were provided, and no crew members got into the water to supervise. Safety felt like an afterthought, as staff seemed more focused on their own partying than on guest wellbeing.
6. Overall Experience
My spouse and I left feeling we had made a mistake bringing our child on this tour. We’ve participated in many tours around the world, and this was by far the most poorly managed and uncomfortable. I would strongly caution families against booking this excursion.
