Great sailing and land tour - Super fun day, nice boat with a good crew that made us feel welcomed. Lunch was good and the boat had plenty of drinks and good times. Our cruise ship pulled into the wrong dock and they went out of the way to come pick us up and were quick to answer the phone and resolve the issue. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone coming to st Lucia.

ST LUCIA by Sea and Land - Sea spray cruisers are not very good at time keeping, catamaran was very late picking us up in st lucia cruise port, the boat mango tango itself was top class with a top class crew ,had a problem at the mud bath's with taxi driver but Nicole did sort it out,a very nice local lunch was provided, only one complaint choice of drink with meal was apple juice or water which was warm,it would have been nice to offered orange juice. Doing this trip you see the most beautiful Waterfall or as the locals say the best power shower on the island and we really loved visiting the sulphur mud baths again it is so relaxing and really makes you feel refreshed, relaxed and your skin feels great Trip back to castries was brilliant, stopped off for swimming and snorkeling, no shortage of local piton beer and other alcohol being served pretty much unlimited both ways. Overall this trip was excellent and would definitely recommend this trip a fantastic way of seeing st lucia 🇱🇨, we were also back at the cruise ship ARVIA in good time. All was included in the price.

Best of the best, the crew and sights! - This was absolutely fantastic! The crew were the best, we live locally and this is our favourite trip, we weren’t on a cruise. The crew made us feel welcome, safe and thrilled to enjoy the whole experience. Fabulous dancers too! Thank you so much. Do take this trip!

Excellent experience! - Captain Lloyd was amazing. He did everything to accomplish what the cruise line sold us. Next time I’ll make sure to book directly with Sea Spray. The beach they took us and the ride there was also wonderful.

These guys were awesome!!!!! - This was the best excursion I have been a part of. The crew was the absolute best. Amani was very knowledgeable of everything about St. Lucia. I learned so much from him while on the tour. He was very enthusiastic to share his knowledge with the whole group. The rest of the crew which included Capt. Lloyd and Knowledge were awesome as well and made sure our every need was met.

Good tour - The boat trip was great and Hakeem and Nicole made the boat experience really good. The disappointing part for my partner and I was the food experience. The food was below standard and did not represent at Lucia in any way. Also the transportation issue where our transport decided to take two groups at the same time. Although it was funny this should be looked into. Overall a very good tour.

Great itinerary but confirm your meet-up location! - Pros: We loved the itinerary, which included a pass by Marigot Bay and the Pitons, a stop at the sulphur springs, local lunch at an estate, the waterfall and a snorkeling stop on the way back. Service onboard the catamaran was great, and our guide made sure we always had a drink in hand. Cons: - If you're looking for a more intimate, low-key catamaran experience, this is not it. There were many people onboard (IMO) — so much so that some were standing because there really wasn't enough space to sit. - We experienced much confusion/miscommunication about our meet-up location and time, and unfortunately found the same to be consistent with other travelers onboard. (The details: Shortly after booking, we received our confirmation email with from the company with general info about where to meet: "Castries - Gros Islet Highway, Castries - Gros Islet Hwy, St Lucia. The activity provider will contact you to arrange your pickup time within 48 hours of booking." We then received a second email that our meet-up location was Rodney Bay Marina, which was somewhat surprising as it is a 30-minute drive from Porte Seraphine, where our cruise ship docked. We were unable to contact the office to verify location due to it being after hours, so we went ahead and booked a taxi the night before to take us to the Marina. The morning of, we called as soon as the office opened and were told that there would actually be a guide waiting for us at our cruise port to pick us up and that they were sending me an email with the meet up location details. This was at 8:10am, and the trip had a scheduled meet up time of 8:30am — this was the first time I had ever received this email with these instructions. While glad we didn't need to trek to the Marina, we were out $75 for the pre-booked taxi because of what one of the original emails indicated. I likely wouldn't mention this experience in a review if I felt like it was a one-off, but when we arrived at the meet-up spot AND while on the boat, we encountered others who shared very similar stories, including one couple who they simply forgot to pick-up, and the company had to send a taxi to pick them up! Based on our experience, we wanted to make travelers aware; if you book, just call well in advance to confirm your meeting place and time.) - The commentary over the loud speaker was difficult to hear/understand.

Family vacation - During our recent three-week stay on the island as, we thoroughly enjoyed day cruises twice with your company. The overall experience was positive, largely due to your excellent staff—90% of whom were fantastic and engaging. The captains, in particular, were awesome and highly skilled. The location and itinerary are truly great. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling at Anse Chastanet, which was a highlight. However, we have a few significant recommendations for improvement that would elevate the experience from good to exceptional. Areas for Improvement: 1. Food and Beverage Quality: The food provided was a notable disappointment. The offerings appeared to lack any thoughtful preparation and were, unfortunately, stale. As a Saint Lucian living in the US for more than four decades and bragging about my country , I was deeply embarrassed that this was presented to guests. The beverage service was also lacking; we were served small cups of what seemed to be cool aid without ice. (1b) Also providing chilled bottled water throughout the land tour would be a significant improvement. 2. Transportation Maintenance: The buses used for the land tours require better maintenance. The vehicles were uncomfortably hot due to ineffective air conditioning and had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the comfort of the excursion. 3. Anse Cochon Beach Stop: While Anse Chastanet was excellent, the stop at Anse Cochon was less enjoyable. The area was overcrowded with aggressive and rude hustlers, which made it difficult to relax. Furthermore, the water quality at this location was poor and had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a stagnant bay. We believe your company has a fantastic foundation with its routes, knowledgeable captains, and friendly staff. Addressing these specific issues regarding food quality, transportation, and the beach vendor management would undoubtedly secure a five-star experience for all future guests. We hope this constructive feedback is helpful.
