Best rate for the best experience - After three days of cancellations due to the weather, we finally got to experience an unforgettable hot air balloon flight in Cappadocia all thanks to Tourla! Very great experience loved every second! - Even though it was very expensive $350 per person it was a great experience the tour guide was very funny and kept the mood high during the flight. Highly recommended if you have the budget for it

And I’ve been to Norway to see Aurora Borealis, I’ve been to Egypt to the pyramids. But this one… amazing, unique. And for my father, best present ever. So thank you and your team for that. - I had a wonderful experience with this company! Great communication. They arranged a balloon ride at a great rate, which was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. Even on short notice, they managed to organize a horse ride, again at a very reasonable price. The team is trustworthy, helpful, and incredibly efficient in making everything smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their commitment to customer satisfaction and especially safety of children. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly tourism provider!

Disappointing experience with the agency but amazing flight with Rainbow balloons. - I would not recommend to book with Tourla for the hot air balloon. We had booked a deluxe flight and we're downgraded to Standard. We had been refunded with the difference (which I think is less than the difference on the time of the booking) but the experience with this agency is a disappointment. We had booked a month in advance in order to get a deluxe flight. I suggest to take some screenshots when you make the reservation online so you have proof just in case. This was such an inconvenient situation and we had no choice but just to accept to have the standard flight as there was no other flights later during our stay. Other than that I must say the baloon experience itself was fantastic and the Rainbow balloons team are very professional, I would just recommend to fix the unstitched fabric part of the balloon, it would look better and reassure people who are afraid of heights.
