Jeep safari and hotair balloon in Cappadocia Istanbul - Jeep safari was awesome. Drivers were experienced, friendly and helpful. We also did the sunrise hotair balloon which amazing. Pilot, Mehmet Ali was supper awesome. We highly recommend this tour company, totally reliable and their prices were good.

Fun - 4 given because of the condition of the jeep however everything else was on point. Our driver was amazing and this was so much fun . We enjoyed it every bit and if I had to give a score to our driver and the tour it’s definitely 5 polite of 5 however the jeeps are in poor condition unfortunately, however this did not stop us from having fun.

My Jeep driver did not... - My Jeep driver did not speak English at all even though the activity description says there will be an English-speaking guide. The spots we visited weren't that great either - they all had similar views.

Tricky and dangerous experience. - I booked a jeep tour in Italian with Viator and we discovered, once by car, that this was in English! This did not allow the proper conduct of the excursion because we do not know the English language. The driver did not know that his agency was working with Viator and when I showed him our voucher he called his contact person and we only heard discussion in Turkish and we did not understand anything clearly about what was happening. The driver was taken back by his boss, I don't know why, but with the google translate he told us that he had received threats of dismissal and this unfortunately caused a change of expressions on his face and attitude towards us. He lost patience driving unsafely on snowy roads with his phone in his hand. He took us to an isolated street and told us to follow him down a cliff and we clearly did not accept because we were afraid and asked to return to the hotel. Meanwhile I contacted my hotel on whatapp sending them the location telling them I was in danger. I reported the incident to Viator who replied that they did a careful check and do not owe me any apology and refund. Speechless really! I have always used other potals for booking my excursions and regret having changed. Never again!

Worst tour - Worst tour possible. The guide didn’t know a word of English. Just rushed us in every stop and finished the tour in under an hour. We saw and understood nothing. He did demand tips after that and even though we weren’t happy , he insisted we go to the ATM and get him cash. When these concerns were raised with the operator , their reply was the rudest and most disrespectful I have encountered on TripAdvisor. They straight away replied that for 30 euros this is what we get. Wouldn’t recommend !
