Hot Air Balloon Ride - The views and experience were inexplicable. It was a like a fairy tale. We even get a view of the sunrise It is primarily an early morning affair. We were picked up at 5:40am. It also depends on the weather. Therefore you are encouraged to book it early in your stay at Cappadocia in case any changes are made, you would still have a chance at it.

The pools very clean the hotel has 5 pools are always open and with many clients - The very beautiful hotel with views from the lobby to the pools and beach with a really beautiful structure the attention of iodines the hotel workers very good always attentive the entertainment of the hotel is great the activities that the entertainment team performs on the beach , pool and theater and nightclub very good there is always something to do the gastronomic service of the hotel very good and with various cocktails. The very good and varied food .the room always clean thanks to the cleaning girls to melisa q always left us a decoration in bed and to maria q always worried about us being comfortable Daniel of the rooms also very attentive with us in the lobby to the general director Andresb for all the attentions he has had since we arrived we were always attentive with everyone to Daniel the animation director q we met him today to the happy chef and chef Manuel for the excellent food and the good taste .a chuc and andres vital, to Luis and the girls of the bars q always attended very well we will return and recommend very good to spend it with the family and the children always have activities where to play thank sñ dayron for always being attentive to all many thanks to all the staff

Wowww! - Wonderful experience! I'll tell you, I booked it a while ago and luckily I had 5 days in Cappadocia because it was canceled a day before and we had to rebook for two days later (paying more around €40) but I think it's not the tour's fault operator. However, they are perfect, the captain is handsome and friendly and the tour is amazing. It starts through the Pigeon Valley and rises to 800 meters high. The whole thing lasts 2 hours (from collection to return to the hotel) at the end they give you a certificate of participation and offer you a glass of champagne (non-alcoholic) not very good but it was enough! However, I highly recommend both for the piece and for the experience! Sara and Elena

Poor customer service - We travel with Pegas today. Everything went well with the flight, the valley where they fly, not Göreme, but Ihlara's. We knew where we were going and, because this one cost half the other. However, on the flight we realized that not everyone knew, which is why so many messages are read from disappointed customers. I guess they were sold without more details and they had expectations of flying among 200 other balloons, like the photos. I have a constructive criticism of Pegas. They send you to pick up at your hotel +-4am, drive to the valley and at 5am you get flying. All they explain to you is the position you should have on landing. They don't talk to you all the way and they don't get there either. They do that every day, it's their routine. But for everyone else, be a once-in-a-lifetime event. So it is important, some explanation about it. Let the team be presented in advance, the role of each one, where we are going to fly, how many meters, what we are going to see, etc. This generates greater confidence. Like I said, everything went well with the flight and the scenery, even if it is not Goreme, is still amazing. They mentioned that we would fly for 45min and fly for 1h. But my comment is on how they can improve customer service and experience.

Disappointing - This is not the ride you want if you want the experience of other hot air balloons surrounding you. The photos will be extremely disappointing. It’s a beautiful landscape, but the photos would of have been beautiful if you had other hot air balloons in the background. You could see far away all the other hot air balloons up in the air. The 30-35 minutes we were on the balloon, far away from the rest, 20 minutes were close to the ground. For this, get a 100ft tower and let me stand there and take pictures.

Not the magical experience we were hoping for - Honestly, we were expecting something better. While the service itself wasn’t bad, the balloon ride clearly stated it would take place at sunrise so we could enjoy the view while flying—but that didn’t happen. They took a really long time to get the balloon up and running, and although that’s not entirely their fault since weather conditions play a role, we felt there was a lack of experience in handling and anticipating these kinds of situations. The magic of the experience is flying during sunrise, and by the time we finally took off, the sun was already up. On top of that, the entire ride stayed very close to the ground. Yes, we did pass near the fairy chimneys, which was nice, but that wasn’t the full idea of what we were hoping for. We also felt the location wasn’t the best—it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere. This is definitely an experience you shouldn’t miss while in Cappadocia, but not in that area, and certainly not if you’re starting an hour late—it takes away the whole point of the ride.

Disappointing experience - Fair room cleaning, change of sheets when requested, poor quality and scarce food, no animation, reception upgradeable, snack almost non-existent, outside noise until dawn, and notice to boaters at twelve o'clock of the day that you leave you stay on the street, ahh, and all inclusive all drink of carafe. In conclusion, I would not recommend it under any circumstances, it is a three star hotel of the bad guys of the peninsula

Flight disappointing failed experiment! - False advertising very disappointing theft No other hot air balloons around so Sad Mood on board We felt very lonely in the air because we were only 2 very far away while we saw about forty in the mountains in the distance (by zooming x10 we could see them) see the photo is the black spots. We were told that we were at the second take-off point and not at the first nicer but 0 explanation of why or elements to warn us. During the flight the view was horrible on fields and houses. The pilot was more interested in making us climb high than showing us the landscape. We saw a chimney for five minutes and ended up back on the town alone. A flight with 1 hot air balloon versus 40 around does not have the same experience at all. Brief take-off spot is extremely ill-timed, unkind pilot and horrible view so failed experience and very disappointing. So I'm asking for a refund.

Unprofessional Company - Very unprofessional company. I had the trip booked for my clients and very closed friends to me. They were ment to do the experience tomorrow 16th May and just got an email that their trip has been cancelled without any reason or explanation and in the last minute during the night.
