Falls Park on the Reedy - Falls Park ranks among the top parks in the entire country. Both the nearby Reedy River and the waterfall itself hold creepy secrets. 201 W Washington St - The Greenville Summit is likely the most haunted building in Greenville. Originally opened as the Imperial Hotel in 1912, it later became a retirement complex in the 1980s. A large number of natural deaths have given the building an extremely haunted reputation. According to travel nurses the operator has spoken with, it is the scariest building they have ever worked in. The exact nature of the hauntings is saved for the tour. The tour also does not go very far into this building, as it remains active as a senior living complex.

Rocket Fizz Greenville - Rocket Fizz is a wonderful store and falls under the “And More” portion of the tour. It offers over 200 different candies and sodas. More than that, though, it has a haunted history and is flanked by other buildings with ghostly happenings. In the early 1900s, the road behind it actually contained the main tombstone manufacturer in the area. This sweet store is surrounded by the paranormal on all sides.

For those seeking a truly atmospheric scare, the night tours are the way to go. The Operator offers two main locations that are especially eerie after dark. These spots have to remain a secret, as the city of Greenville, SC is extremely restrictive with small businesses, so the destination is a surprise. The cemetery pictured is not the one visited.
As for the “and more,” the Operator will tailor both the information shared and even the walking route if there is something special a guest would like to see. It is all about the guest. The conversation can just as easily turn to history, art, or food instead.
Please note this is a two-hour walking tour. The walk back alone can add up to 30 minutes beyond the listed stop time (2.5 hours). Most tours cover between six and seven miles in total.
