• Provand’s Lordship - Situated in the shadow of Glasgow Cathedral, Provand’s Lordship, built in 1471, is a historic medieval house museum located at the top of Castle Street and is the oldest remaining house in Glasgow, with the cathedral being the oldest building. The house is currently furnished with a collection of seventeenth-century Scottish furniture donated by Sir William Burrell.
