The family aims to highlight the unique character and exceptional terroir of Santorini through their wines. Currently, the winery is managed by fourth-generation winemaker George Gavalas, along with his son Vagelis, who represents the fifth generation of the family tradition. - Kissiras Santorini Microgreens - Begin your experience with a brief tour of our home, where you can explore the areas where we grow microgreens, edible flowers, and a seasonal vegetable garden. You’ll also visit our chicken and quail coop, which provides fresh eggs daily. During the visit, enjoy a tasting of products created in collaboration with local producers from Santorini and the Cyclades.
